Quick trip to vegas
Great home. Lots of open space to visit. We did not have time to utilize the pool table or other games available. Host was amazing very fast response to any questions we had.

Ideal stay for our needs
It was a perfect location near the venue for the wedding we attended, while also being close to other activities throughout the week. Awesome supermarket just across the main street, and while located right next to the freeway we didnt hear any freeway traffic noises. Only complaint was that the pull out sofas were not as comfortable, but the actual beds in the rooms were great.

The property was great well appointed. The only trouble that we had was not having hot water in the morning, that really needs to be taken care of. Other than that the property was very close to the highway easy on easy off. The owner was very helpful

Thank you so much for your review. My crew checked hot water heater and find no problem. They think the temperature outside was little cold so needed to wait bit longer for hot water to get to shower line. A minute wait in the morning, after that or more issue. Again, thank you for staying my place.🙏🙏🙏

Vegas Family Trip
Traveled to meet my estranged daughter and her sons after 20 years apart. It was a great first meeting. The boys loved the pool table/ping pong and foosball. The TVs were excellent and the beds comfortable. The kitchen seemed well stocked and the amenities were excellent. The hide-a-bed sofa wasn't as comfy as the standard sofa but was pretty much OK as a bed. The grill needed a new battery for the igniter, which was found in the kitchen drawer so the grill worked fine, would have been nice to use the firepit in the evening but no fuel available. Overall it was a great stay and can't nitpick too much about the facilities, everything worked. When we left for a day at the lake the daughter forgot to lock the front door, contacted the owner and he remotely locked it for us, so great support while we were there. Would definately use this property again should the occasion arise.

Perfect Spot For Soccer Showcase
My son and I were here for a soccer showcase. He played on 3 different fields during our stay. The house was less than 10 minutes away from all the fields, it was also very clean and spacious. Perfect for a soccer getaway.

Weekend for family memories
Very nice and spacious. It was very nice to find a few items like coffee, kleenex available until we went out to buy some. We where only there to sleep, so we didn't have a chance to enjoy the game/pool table/ping-pong table. Would choose this location again in the future

Off Strip with Easy Access
My family really nicked the stay. Its location is away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but offered easy 10-15 minute access by car. Lots of space to unwind. Any necessities were available to use. Excellent communication with the host.

The house was well equipped, and very nice inside. The outside is a different story. We brought 2 small dogs. At the end, I cleaned up after many previous dogs. The yard maintenance wasn’t great. But overall it was a great time and the property is well worth the cost.

Great getaway home
The home alone had more than enough to do in case you cannot go and do outside activities. Very centric and close by to the main attractions. Had plenty of towels and blankets. Host kept in contact for any question or concern I had, and responded very kindly and quickly. Highly recommend this home for you Vegas stay!!!! 🔑⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quick Getaway
Brought a friend to Vegas for a quick getaway. Another friend and I didn't want to overwhelm him so we decided on a vacation rental. This is a nice property. It's cozy and only 10-15 minutes off the strip. It was pretty clean inside and out. I definitely would recommend. My only criticism is that is in a highly trafficked neighborhood and there were some less than accommodating looking people traveling through on foot. Hideo, the owner, was very communicative and accommodating, helping to resolve an issue with the automatic door lock (the keypad malfunctioned). We spoke several times and that was comforting and reassuring. 9/10 ⭐️'s

Great location and house!
I stayed here to host my son and his friends for his 21st. The house is well lit and spacious, with quiet bedrooms off of the main hallway, so if you want to sleep when others don't, you don't hear the great room - which was a terrific hangout for everyone without the hubbub (and expense) of the casinos. The neighborhood is quiet and less than a minute from the 95, so you can easily get to the Strip and downtown, but there's no road noise. The property manager was excellent and responsive before and during our stay. We had an excellent time and you will as well!

This a is our 2nd time staying at this property. We love it. Only issue we had was the ac not working that well inside the master bedroom. We tried the ac system that was for the bedrooms and for some reason the master bedroom wasn’t cooling down but other than that our stay was perfect. And the host was responding back to us within minutes!

Great Family Weekend in Las Vegas
We booked for the weekend of my mother's 80th birthday, and had a lovely stay. We had fun playing ping pong and pool after lunch. The house was conveniently located, comfortable and very clean. Hideo the owners was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was a great stay.

Pros: The house was clean, organized and nice! Cons: bushes need to trim near walk way to the front door. Master room- Was hot, no AC ventilation and bed is squeaky and uncomfortable. Bedroom near front door: ac ventilation in the room no consistent air flow. Overall it is was ok-3/5

Thank you for the review. The bushes and such will be taken care of by my maintenance team. As for the issue concerning the air conditioning, there are two separate a/c units that work for the bedrooms and living/dining rooms. The a/c system is monitored and controlled by Nevada Energy, due to this, the temperature that is set may be raised a few degrees, up to 2 hours during peak usage.

This is a really nice place and Hideo is super communicative and nice! The location isn’t super central, but still close enough to all the sites. There is a grocery store and fast food within walking distance which came in handy for our trip. The garage was really nice to have, and we loved the ping pong/pool table! Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a good and fun property
Me and my friends visited Hideo’s property to visit a friend over the weekend. The property was clean and had plenty of room for me and my four friends. Close to the strip and Red Rock casino. Would have given a 5 star but the property is located within gang territory which did sorry of alarm us, but that is out of the host’a control. Overall was very happy with the communication Hideo provided us - he even let us check in early.

Fit our needs very well
Pros: It's a nice house. We particularly enjoyed the pool/ping pong table. The kitchen was well-supplied. The master bathroom had a great double-shower head setup. We also appreciated the fact all laundry and cleanup was done by the service after we left. Cons: the neighborhood is convenient to my in-laws, which is why we stayed there, but the highway noise and dogs barking occasionally at night disrupted my sleep half of the nights we stayed there. I'm a bit of a light sleeper. So maybe not an issue for others. Overall a good stay and we'd stay again. Hideo was very responsive with communications.
