This hotel was reasonable and the rooms are big. I liked that it had a little refrigerator in the room and you didn't have to pay EXTRA for it. The location was great as well. The online check in and kiosks for room keys was great! My only downside was the pool hours - closed at 5pm and no hot tub.

The main issue that I experienced is, they do not come to clean the room doing my entire 4 day stay. I had to sit my trash outside my door. The other issue was I could barely gamble because the entire area was full of smoke.

The property is good and comfortable and situated right in middle of the strip, so convenient if you are planning to spend time on strip. But the check-in process was too slow. Self Service check-in kiosks were not working and there were only 2 staff members catering to all check-ins which led to long queue for check-in. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes for them for my check-in even if I had paid my booking amount in full on Expedia. One of the staff manager was also rude to everyone in queue. Atleast she should have been empathetic towards customers who are waiting for hours in queue with their luggages. Absolutely not good experience at the time of check-in.

I recently stayed here for the second time. My stay both times was enjoyable since the hotel is in a very convenient location. We liked that we could walk through to Paris and avoid the Las Vegas heat. We were able to easily walk to MGM Grand as well as the Palazzo. It was a quick walk to Caesars Palace for dinner and Cosmopolitan for drinks. We also appreciated the late night snack options on the lower level of the hotel. The pool was nice, though, nothing special. We got a High Roller view both times we've stayed and were very happy with the view, despite being on opposite ends of the hotel. The view of the Sphere was amazing. The rooms were larger than other's we've stayed in as well. My only gripe was that the towels weren't fully stocked and there was no hand soap upon check-in. But that was quickly fixed when requested. I must also note, the Uber pick up area is the best of all the casinos I've been picked up at. Very easy to find. The casino was clean. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

This property was just OK - I would NOT stay again. I recommend the Paris next door if you need to be near this location. Horseshoe will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. You get there at 2? Pay $40 to get a room now or wait for 2 hours until they call you. Want to check out late? Prices will be different based on who you ask. They ranged from $40 to $100 to not available at all (but rooms were down to $35/night when we looked). DON'T book a "fountain view" room because that's a total joke unless you are high enough in the hotel apparently. We were floor 16 and couldn't see anything - it's just the entire rooftop for the casino then a tower with full construction going on blocking the fountains. Get the high roller view because then you can at least look at the sphere and the rest of the strip on that side. We switched rooms because the fountain view was so incredibly disappointing. We moved to a suite, should be nicer right? Ehh.. same quality room, just a little bigger. The ceiling was peeling in the bathroom and shower area, the more you looked the grosser it gets. Dirty doors, gross walls, hair in the shower, that kind of thing. Oh, the pool was also not available, if you wanted a pool you had to go to the Paris hotel and use theirs. Like mentioned, it was OK. Lots of people smoked inside this casino vs. next door. The shops right outside the lobby over the escalator were probably the best part. 2 for 1 drinks at one of the bars, plenty of quick food and a CVS.

Incidental charges are not individually listed as they are not guaranteed and based upon availability. Other things such as parking are also on the website. I paid $12 for a 20oz soda and a 32oz water. There was no coffee pot or microwave in the room, I’ve never experienced that ever in a hotel. Just be prepared to over spend. If you venture out across the street you will find much better prices

Compared to other Vegas hotels, this is not rank among the best. The biggest complaint is that there is no coffee machine in the room, which is surprising since even cheap hotels have them. Having said that, the price was reasonable, the room was big, and it connects to the Paris and many restaurants available. Overall, it is fine for the price.

I always come back every year to the Horseshoe. I've been back at least a dozen times. It's a great value. It's right in the heart of the Strip. It has access to the Monorail which makes getting around Vegas easy. You get the whole Vegas experience at a great value.

We loved the comfortable beds, access to the monorail and access to the food and shopping at Paris. The staff was nice and accommodating and the rooms were clean. Also liked being in the center of the strip with easy access to the bus.

I asked several times for my room to be made up. They would promise me it would get done but yet it never was. I had called 4 times in one day and they never came even after several promises. Other than that, the Hotel itself was awesome.

Room was quiet and functional but charged for every little thing unlike other hotels in other tourist areas. The cabinets in the bathroom and trim needed to be repainted.
