Overpriced for what you get. We encountered several hotel employees that were wonderful. We also encountered several that were awful. The hotel is beautiful. The shops and restaurants appear very nice. Service was inconsistent. Food quality was inconsistent. Everything was overpriced.

I loved how everyone was nice. The room was pretty. The front staff was able to accommodate an early check in (Excellent!). The room view was spectacular. The staff and hotel really made our Vegas trip memorable.

For being the Bellagio sink was not working kept on clogging up. We had a smoke free from supposedly but smelled like smoke. Otherwise it was a nice experience for our first visit.

A maid knocked and walked in our room without us saying a word when we just checked in. I thought this hotel was top of the line but the room was mediocre. The comforter was so hot we would wake up sweating every night and couldn’t turn the temperature down any more. The bathroom was nicer than the actual room!

Bellagiowas so beautiful. Really loved the fresh flower arrangements and the gorgeous display in the conservatory. Staff was very courteous. Will return.

Please be aware when traveling you will get a "convenient" text to check-in with a link to have a easy no wait line entry. If you click that before you arrive and your plane gets laid over and you cannot make it, they will not give you your money back nor a comp. If you dispute with your cc, they provide your credit card the time you clicked check-in even if it was days before. So $2500 lost. Yes, I purchased travel insurance, a no-go.

I tried to use one word phase to replace dirty and I could not do it. It is not dirty, however it was messy. When I entered the room and noticed the trash can was located almost in the middle of room. When I entered the bathroom and noticed one small towel was on the floor.

Hotel and room quality wasn’t good compared to the price but great location, walkable to many places. We had a terrible first night ( loud next room until 6:00am ) but next day concierge was really helpful and voided the resort fee for us.
