It is a great price. There are lots of rooms. I don't understand why Lyft can't pick you up near registration. The walk to the front area is a bit nutty.

We stayed here for the water slides/features for the kids. All were shut down except one slide. Only one pool was open, and it was overcrowded. The hot tub was full of kids, jumping in and out. The first night someone pulled the fire alarm so they closed the elevator. They weren’t allowing people to use the stairs (security had it blocked off), so my husband was stuck in the lobby for over an hour. We didn’t have cell service while inside the building, so we were unable to contact each other. It was nerve racking. It’s frightening knowing that when the fire alarm is pulled, they block the stairs. Also, we only had one channel, it was TLC. We watched an entire “sister wives” marathon during our 5 day stay. The front desk said they’d send an “engineer” right up to fix it, never did. The worst part is that the employees don’t care. They’re incredibly disrespectful, I believe because they’re not reprimanded for rude behavior. They’re allowed to treat people poorly and it was discouraging. There are people unruly everywhere, acting out and being loud and crazy and nothing is done about it. Out front is a slew of “fake” Uber drivers hustling people for rides. Another driver told me it’s against Uber policy to give rides outside the platform while using the Uber logo. The guy charged us $25 while the app was showing $12. We didn’t realize the scam until in the car. This was the only hotel we saw with the scam drivers out front, and there were at least 6 different cars.

The hotel Circus Circus it’s badly super it was super nasty. The service super bad the elevator didn’t work. It was terrible.they didn’t change the sheets in the towel, It was a bad experience with circus circus hotel..

The Skyrise Tower is definitely cleaner/less smoky, and close to Adventuredome and the pool. Would have been perfect except my friend’s car was broken into in the parking lot

Sink and Tub were clogged upon arrival, no shower curtain, maintenance left a dirty mess and sewage splatter on bathroom walls and onto the media station and TV and cleaning people did not clean right away but the next day. old facilities. Will not stay here again.

We stayed on the 30th floor and was presently surprised by the room. It was very clean and comfy. The bed was a little springy but other than that the room was great. The property was very clean. There is so much to do with children. They have a little food court that is awesome. It is a great value for the money. I would stay there again.

We stayed for 6 days and although the price was very affordable and we appreciated the free parking, the quality of the hotel was so disappointing, we will never stay there again. The property is so old, dark, run-down and depressing. The pool is located down long, dismal, under-used corridors and is a long walk for very little reward. When navigating the dark corridors, we didn't always feel safe and the quality of some guests was really scary. Our water taps didn't work for 1/2 a day; there wasn't a single nice place to sit and relax in the hotel (unless you consider the food-court a nice place to sit and read...); the entire hotel smelled like one big ashtray; our "recently renovated" room in the west tower had doors missing off the TV cabinet, dirty streaks on the walls and the batteries were held in our TV remote by pieces of old duct tape. By our 3rd day at Circus Circus, we heartily wished we had spent a little more money and stayed somewhere nicer. Trust me, it would have been worth it.

This is probably my tenth visit to Circus Circus. My room had numerous dried dark spots on the tile floors in the bathroom, generally dirty condition. The lamp shade and support shaft was broken, with a lightbulb missing in the nightstand. There was a dried-on round soap stuck to the wall in the shower from a prior customer. Yuck!

Please don’t waste your time here, this hotel needs major renovation. the elevators at the Skye rise part are far the worst. Either of your getting on to leaving your room and exiting the casino.
