This modern 2 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath condo is located in the heart of Montelago Village. It is conveniently located on the lobby level and overlooks two beautiful pools and courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen has seating for six. There is one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate sleeping for six guests. A combination washer/dryer is also included for your convenience. Please let me know if your preferred dates are not available as we also own another property in Viera that may be able to accommodate you.

Great place

Quiet retreat & quick trip to the Las Vagas Strip
We enjoyed being close to outdoor activites and not to far from all the activity and glitz of the Las Vegas Strip. The condo was as described and a great space for 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The Village restaurants and shops were a quiet (shorter hours) due to it being the off season but the market had a good selection of boxed, frozen, and fresh foods and the coffee shop inside had great breakfast options. The host was very responsive and helpful prior to, during, and after our stay. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Great location
Im a bit ocd when it comes to cleaning. So i did some cleaning of my own. But the location was amazing with everhthing you need in walking distance. Short 25 min drive to the strip. And they give lots of choclates when you arrive. Everything you need is provided, from iron, vacum, washing pods, shampoo, conditioner, they provide it all! Friendly and relaxing community. I will definately stay again.

Great home
Beds are very comfortable. Need to bring own towels. Felt like drying off with sand paper. Kitchen is ok stocked but no seasonings or anything (I don’t say this as a negative just knowledge) Not five stars are because of towels, bedding, and the pool and sauna were down. We were told it was just a footbridge. Implying short walk. That is not the case. We rented this place for the hot tub and unfortunately had to drive to it. Not entirely hosts fault as repair being done but frustrating and refund offered was very small amount or future use in a place I don’t visit. Personally the offer off a future rental should have been offered off this one.

Viera Stay
Over and beyond my expectations. Our stay was memorable and unique. My friends who stayed with us who travelled from Asia were all praises and compliments about the property and the general location. Having travelled in Europe and other places, both remarked that your property equaled, if not better than the places they have visited. Construction during stay
Property is fine. Unfortunately, after booking and three days prior to stay the owner advised pool was closed for repair; too late to cancel and find alternative... Roto hammers all day for 2 of the 4 days... I notified the owner of my displeasure. The owner offered -20% for my next stay if booked now and advised that given it was cold outside; I wouldn't have used the deck or pool anyway, and "the noise from the hammers was quieter inside" duh! Then the owner pointed out that "I already had a good deal". Wow, who knew! Ha! Nice Job... tell your customers how they should feel better when you caused the problem... then offer to rent to them again! Unconscionable!

Vegas Family Getaway
Great location for us. We wanted something nice away from the busyness of Vegas. Easy drive to Tropicana where we parked and then walked the strip. Highly recommend this property.
