It was pretty neutral/run-of-the-mill. The main downsides for me were how loud the AC was, the room mildly smelled like smoke (like maybe it was a smoking room at one point and the smell lingered) and the deadbolt was broken.

Poor room service, poor maintenance, poor front desk information, My first time in las vegas and I was lost in the hotel, they don't give any map with all local facilities, first day I walk 2 mile to get a breakfast, then I discovered that where a couple places in the hotel to have breakfast. No body wash available,(was emty). Exellent location,connects very well with everithing you want to knoe in las vegas. I recommended its locstion and price.

We have stayed at Excalibur before with no issues! We have always enjoyed Excalibur! However, this time staff on a couple occasions were not pleasant. We paid for early check in and checked back a few times waiting to get into our room after 11am which we were told we could check in and the front desk staff were very rude when we would ask if our room was available yet, we didn’t get in until after 2 pm but were refunded the early check in fee when we asked for it. In the meantime while we waited for our room, at one of the casino bars, one of the bartenders became very disrespectful after ordering a drink when rail vodka was requested rather than the alternative. The room was average. There was hair everywhere. We found hair in the jacuzzi tub, towels, linen and toilet. The drains to both the shower and jacuzzi tub were clogged and hair became backed up into the tub that we cleaned up multiple times. The jacuzzi tub would take a long time to drain and make a god awful noise hours later. Overall, the experience was not great and it did start our trip off rather poor due to the service we received. We have recommended Excalibur in the past to other people and now it is unlikely we will. Service did get better towards the end of the trip, we loved Tina one of the waitresses in the casino, she was wonderful!

Propwrt amd staff was great. I tries to use thw mobile key to get into ly room but disnt work so security had to let me in. Mobile worked for security and elevator but not door.

I really enjoyed the theme and service in general was great. The room was nice, clean, and cleaned daily. The things I didn't like were that outside of the hotel portion of the property was all smoking which is normal for all the casino's and also didn't care for the ticket sales staff as they were really pushy and would ask and bug me every time I walked past them. Overall I really enjoyed Excalibur and when I go back to Vegas I will seriously consider rebooking with them.

The Excalibur is a good value for money option for those that like to be on the strip and want to be able to walk to the many different casinos, shops & eateries that Las Vegas has to offer

I enjoyed how the Excalibur was on the strip but further down from the chaos to where you didn’t hear much of anything when you went to lay down for bed. The room was a little bit out dated but it was clean and spacious so that doesn’t really matter too much to me. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend!

It’s a complete zoo in terms of locating anything—especially check-in. Room had a very strong, pretty unpleasant smell, and everything is incredibly dated/on the fritz (eg. lamp didn’t work, ac unit was clearly struggling)

The staff was amazing. Traveling with medical equipment for first time and yhey stored my meds and when delivered to my room unloaded and gave us some awesome info about the casino and area.
