Room was dusty and housekeeping service only came by once during our 3 night stay. The shower was only half a door which made the water leak out. Older place needs updated carpet.
Why did you take the oyster restaurant out. That was a disappointment. Not any good food options now

Excellent choice for anyone wanting to explore the area on foot. Harrahs is the epitome for hospitality, staff is always accommodating and friendly if you need anything, I was traveling alone but at any point I felt insecure staying there.

I paid for parking and the front desk gave me a card to be able to go in and out. The card didn’t work and I had to struggle to go out I had to Uber to places super inconvenient. The lines at front desk were long for me to go and talk to one of the staff members. On top of that the shower leaked water everytime you showered.
First time staying there and wouldn’t recommend anyone going there.

Harrah’s is in a great location on The Strip. My room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool. Would stay here again.

Bed pillows are ridiculously hard. No fridge in the room.
Some staff are very helpful and friendly others are not so much.

When we arrived I self check in to room. We get to the room and it is still dirty. Had to go all the way downstairs again and get in line for a clean room. We were very tired and lost my limited time in line.

My room was upgraded and everything was fine except for my bathroom shower had no door,only a short wall where the water either sprayed off you or off the wall onto the bathroom floor- a shower curtain installed would have made the stay alot better

I had a bad expierience checking in, we had to wait a long line because I only received one room key so we had to get help since I had 2 rooms and turns out they didn’t have the room we payed extra for and the front desk person was rude and told me that they didn’t have the rooms because they over booked. I kept explaining how I paid extra to have 2 king beds but insisted they didn’t have that available. This is my second time staying at Harrah’s in last 6 months and loved it but this made my visit sour. I would like to come back but can somebody make this right because front desk couldn’t and seemed to not care.

Presence of smoke much more prominent here than other casinos.
Shower is terrible- doesn’t have full door closure so water gets all over the bathroom floor. But bathroom is clean/updated.
Arrived an hour prior to check in time and they wanted $25 for “early” check in.
Had booked 2 rooms and asked one month prior to have connecting rooms (brought children) but they didn’t accommodate this.
Booked Harrah’s mostly for location- on the strip, nearby Bellagio, saw show at Mirage.

Great place…stayed in the newer remodeled tower. Felt like a higher end hotel, but still small won’t get lost. Lots of eating options nearby.
Hotel does allow pets but it is $100/ea a night. Also, parking is not free. It is $20 a night. Vegas parking is not free anywhere.

The staff did not come to clean the room. It took several calls to the front lobby for someone to come to the room. Even then, they just left the towels and sheets by the bed and did not actually make the bed. When it was done, it was done poorly. We complained at check out. We were told we should have complained sooner. They did wave the resort fee for almost the entire trip which is nice but I would have rather gotten the service. I am willing to stay at a Caesars property again if they can make it right for the unpleasant experience I've endured.
Overall property is ok.

Right next to The Venetian where I saw a concert. The Sphere was also down the block easy to watch it. Also the Metrorail has a station at Harrahs. All-around good for my trip.

When I first checked into my room, there was a horrible smell of vomit. I called the gas services and the first thing they told me was they had no more rooms. Then they told me they would send housekeeping up to check. Housekeeping agreed it was terrible. Then of course they were able to get me another room.

Room was not clean, car was dirty, requested room to be cleaned daily.
Never cleaned, called housekeeping several times, they promised to clean it, 4th attempt requested supervisor, brought towels and made beds never cleaned.

Nice location. Room was fairly new, but water pressure in the shower was very weak and lots of noises from pipes and other people.
My room was never cleaned by housekeeping and I did not have a do not disturb door hanger out the entire stay.
