We stayed here for a night on our way through. We have srayed here previously. The staff from the valet, brll service and frotk desk were friendly and attentative. We stayed in the jet lux. Which is a privately owned condo withon the vdara. The room was clean. The sofa bed was comfortable and had a memory mattress. The knig bed was was comfortable as well. The bathroom is great luxury with deep soaking tub and steam shower. I had a view of the center area of the Aria and Vdara entrance. The gym is located on the second floor. It including everything from elliptical stair master to free weights. It provided free water and fresh cold towels. Only thing i was not a fan of, was Starbuck trying to nickel and dime you. They only gave out a grande cup of water and said a treanta is 2.00. Additionally, the worker said he can only give me one cup of water with my drink, even though i purchased 2 drinks prior to this. This location really bothered me. Vdara should look at taking ownership.

The unit that we rented was a parlor suite which had a pull out sofa bed. When pulling out the sofa bed, it touched the wall with the TV and the only way you could get the bed all the way down was to push it against that wall, and we noticed right away that there was already a large scuff on the TV wall from where the frame of the sofa bed had been pushed down before. This should be fixed or at least disclosed ahead of time as it was inconvenient to have to push the bed down and lift it back up every day. The front staff and housekeeping were extremely courteous. Employees at the valet and the Starbucks sometimes seems overwhelmed or irritated by the crowds (it was a busy weekend).

This was our first time in Vegas to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. The room was nice and clean, large and beautiful bathroom which is why I chose this place. Love how it’s connected to the aria and Bellagio. There’s no casino so it don’t have that stale smoke smell. I thought it was a little weird that housekeeping is an extra cost but we didn’t need it anyway. Would definitely recommend and will be back

We had a great time at this property and would definitely stay there again. The location was conveniently located near several casinos with walkways. We didn't have to deal with the cigarette smells because it's non smoking which was a plus!

It was an alright place don’t think it was worth the money I paid. The water temperature in the shower wasn’t working for hot water, we called to see if they can come fix it, said they would come and they never did, we then called again and they said they don’t know when they’ll be able to come because they where busy with a leak and they did not end up coming but eventually we where able to get hot water.

My room was a private owner suite who I guess allows the Vdara/Aria to lease their room. The Vdara is beautiful outside and the lobby is gorgeous. Has a Starbucks indoors and nice eatery. I was there for the Super Bowl and was in and out the room quite a bit. Problem is, when I was in the room, it had strange odor throughout, the furniture was tore up, carpet stained, jet tub shower was filthy! This is a dog- friendly hotel. Worst thing ever is when me and my fiancé got home and had bug bites all on us. Guess the bed was filthy too!! I woke up and a crab was in my eyebrow! That was it. I had a plane to catch and check out line was too long to contact management. Plus, it was better for me to just leave due to how pissed I was may have ended up in jail for how I could have handled this matter. I stay at the Cosmo, Aria, and Fountain bleu and decided to give this place a try. Never EVER again. Vdara needs to mk sure their private owners are taking care of the suites. No Housekeeping only linens given. My bathroom was without power for 8 hours so we left and was still without power. Electrician came right up and fixed plus change light bulb after calling again. Lesson learned. I am a MGM member and will be reporting this property to their cooperate offices.

We stayed in a corner unit that had a kitchen, washer/dryer, and a separate bedroom with a master bathroom that included a large walk in shower plus a full tub. There was lots to see and do, with multiple hotels all connected via indoor walkways.

Vince was amazing when checking us into the hotel, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He even helped us out when it a broken light was discovered in the room to avoid any incidental charges. I greatly enjoy this hotel, the more relaxed environment (non-gaming), the views of the city and elegance of the hotel. The location is great with connections to the Cosmopolitan and the tram to the mall and other MGM properties - very convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We have lived in Las Vegas for 30 years and we stay/vacation 2-5 time a year. This property is not what it used to be. Toilet runs consistently, sink faucet runs from handle, tub handle broken, dirty room, couch ripped in multiple spots, wood surfaces damaged everywhere; we could continue but no need.

Property is great for a smoke free stay. Quiet and comfortable rooms. The checkin process is super slow. Takes a long time to service each guest. And the express checkout didn’t work for us.
