It was a nice hotel. It would've been better if self parking instructions was explained more clearer. It would've been nice to have a refrigerator in the rooms to keep drinks and leftovers cool. The walls are thin so you can hear when someone drops anything above you. There's no documentation in the room or given at the desk when you check in on the restaurants and other shops in the hotel to tell you when they're open. The one pamphlet given had the writing so small, I had to use my phone camera to enlarge it to read it.

Overall our stay was just ok. However, we did have some issues that came across. First, check in was sinple, besides the line, but every other hotel on the strip that we went by, had a line. The first day, wgile checking for a safe we found clothes in one of the drawers, dirty and smelly clothes belonging to a woman and a man, including underwear. We called the front desk, a security girl came and took them. The 2 chairs in the room seem that they havent been cleaned in forever, filled with stains, that was not appealing to sit on. Also, everyday we left before 11 am and housekeeping never came to make the room during the whole 4 days we stayed. We thought it might be because of the time, we r leaving the room, but even when we left at 9am the room was never made. To the point we run out of toilet paper on the last day, well at least it was the last day. We never use any of the amenities in the resort because we had tours and mostly walked around and shop, but we still have to pay the " resort fees"? Per night?? How about u have someone at the entrance of the gym or ur pools so you can check who's using the amenities and whos not, so you can charge them or not. Wr found it very tricky and unfair that we have to pay for something we dont even use and on top of that we have these inconveniences in the room. When we talk to the front desk people ans supervisor about these, they didnt acknowledge it, but were so adamant i will have to pay them for the fees regardless.

We did the online check in. No directions on how to get to your room or what elevators to use. No coffee maker in the room. If you have a lot of luggage than this is definitely not the place to stay because it’s a very lengthy process to get to your room from the parking garage. Quite simply it was a learning experience.

The staff was rude. The place is not in the condition it claims to be in. The carpet was pulled up and my bed sheets had holes in them. It was very ghetto. Not classy at all. They sent me an email saying I could upgrade for a price, I agreed. I got there and they told me the room wasn't available after already giving it to me. Stay somewhere else, having an elevator that we had to pull the doors open when we reached our floor was also unsettling.

The property is beautiful. It’s a beautiful place to stay. However I tried calling the front desk getting a hold of somebody about the fact that we didn’t have any hot water not even Luke warm water and every time they picked up the phone they hung it up this one on for four hours. We did not have hot water for four days. Everything else was pretty but no one seems willing to talk face to face when your here. I still can’t get a hold of the front desk. I will never stay here again.

The property was outdated. Not much to do for good food. And you are far away from main area of the strip. Also with the advertising on the windows it was hard to have a view from the room.

Great staff and amenities. Room looked great and linen was clean. Very disappointed the floor was damp and room smelled musty. Shower did not properly drain. It would have been a repeated stay, but room condition was not what was expected and stayed at another hotel.

Property is very aged and not kept up. The elevators worked most of the time. The wall paper is the bathroom was stained from water damage. There was garbage from the previous guests in the trash can upon arrival. I will not stay here again.
