I give it five stars because of their staff. If they were not for their staff, this property would probably receive two or three stars. Their staff makes it worth stopping here while I’m in the area. There are a lot of monthly renters there however, I have never run into anybody that was horrible. The staff and their security is phenomenal.

Old, a bit dirty, bad area, beat-up rooms, horrific mattress... not sure if any investment has been put into this property in many years. Staff was okay, at least.

Could not get in room. Key did not work. Had to walk to office 3 times. Finally they switch me rooms. Neighborhood is full of ghetto beggars. Trash everywhere. Rooms are filthy. Staff is incompetent. Complete garbage property should be shut down.

The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The area has a lot to do such as casinos, bars and dining options. If you do not mind staying a little further from the strip this is a perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!

The staff here is very warm, inviting and friendly. The property is well maintained. The beds are comfortable. The area has multiple dining options and lots to do. Boulder Station is within walking distance. Great place to stay if you don't mind being a little further from the strip. Highly recommend.

The cleaning staff never greeted you and seem to be in a bad mood. Possible morale issue. Low water pressure and by 9am barley any hot water. People smoking near rooms and the Ac unit would bring the smell into the room. This location should have an overnight security guard. Sketchy area.

The overall stay was fine” with one exception the security on that property was very rude and shut up OK this is me trying to get with my niece asking her to meet him in different room numbers. He also had a bottle liquor on his presence” repeatedly, knocking on the room door, trying to get my niece to come out and meet him in different room numbers, saying it was his birthday” Also, he kept coming to the room, and at one point, begging for a liquor that we had present in a room while he was there.

No towels, just a hand towel and wash cloth. People in the parking lot selling stuff out of a guitar case. Cigarette stains on the tub. Spilled some water and I actually cleaned the floor when I wiped it up with my dirty shirt, since there were no towels. A guy came in after we did to check out and then stood there and listened to our room number and showed up on the other side of the property when we did, and we drove. Watched us unload into our room. Never again.

Poor customer service and lies
I rented several times from here and never had an issue until one of the house keeping people lied that we damaged the property when we requested another day the manger informed us that he was told we damaged the place so he had to check and sure enough no damage room was perfect and clean. I then return a week later already booked it and had to pay an extra 30$ because my booking was wrong just to be told I'm on a do not rent list for room damage i asked what proof do they have what notes are written because we are clean people and we don't damage property they gave me no info just told me i can not rent anymore for 90days very very poor customer service
