I was in a 'non-smoking' room that reeked strongly of smoke. It is conveniently located near the airport but there were also some sketchy people hanging around the property

Everything was good. The fire alarm started chirping when I went to bed of course but they sent maintenance right up to fix it. And when I went to bed the AC kept cutting off and on which I did not like especially during the day when I was up it stayed on constantly all day. Other than that it is good for the pricier. Staff was great.

My room had nats flying in the restroom. The coffee machine in our room was broken. When I tried to call the office pressing 0 like I was instructed by staff to do if I needed anything the phone had no dial tone.

Very dirty, sink was backed up with dirty water, floor sticky, limited tv Channels, card key didn’t work several times was scared trying to hurry in room which was in alley where homeless people were hanging out and my key wouldn’t work was terrible experience spend a little more and get a better stay somewhere else don’t stay here!

the bed was wore out. Sit or lay on edge of either side of bed and almost fall off. This was a full bed. So forced to sleep in the middle. Which is difficult for 2 people.

I had my cat with me and told the staff I did when I checked in. They have a policy listed on a small sign which I missed. After declining maid service for 3 days on the 4th day this women comes to bang on my door to dictate that I had 10 minutes to get my cats and leave the room so the maids could clean it. I switched rooms not even 24 hours prior it didn’t need maid service and said she called me a hundred times yet the phone didn’t indicate a single missed call or voice mail nor did I have any voice mails on my personal cell phone and told me if I didn’t let her come in in 10 minutes that I wouldn’t be allowed to stay the next night and told her I couldn’t do that in 10 minutes and told me that I needed to leave th next day and would have me removed after checkout of 11am the next day: rude and unprofessional
