Really enjoyed staying at the platinum. Check in was fast and the staff were very nice. The rooms offered a lot of space and comfort. It was also really nice to stay in smoke free environment in a town where smoking indoors is common. Will definitely consider staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was a nice change from the smoke and crowds of casinos on the strip and Fremont. The hotel is clean and smells great, staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. It’s a 10 minute walk to Horseshoe and the strip, the walk was easy. I wouldn’t do it alone at night as a solo female but with friends I’d feel safe. I will stay here again, I prefer to any of the other properties in Vegas I’ve stayed in!

Overall stay was very comfortable. Rooms are huge, staff is very helpful and personable, and the building is quiet, since it is a little away from the strip. Only caveat was the AC didn't cool our room below 70.

This property is perfect for those who don't want a smoky casino environment. Food at the restaurant is affordable and tasty. It's a 10 minute walk to the strip.

Apart from our toilet flooded, the experience was good. Enjoyed the wine they offered us in checkin. The flood was taken care, but they didn’t wipe the floor and that is a shame.

It was a nice and clean place to stay. Chad was rad and super helpful. He helped with our bags and parking our car that would not fit in the garage (6'10" clearance). Easy dining options nearby. I would recommend and stay there again.

I love staying here, having a full kitchen and washer & dryer and being able to go swimming or sit in a hot tub all year round! A few things were not working properly in the room but maintenance responded quickly and fixed them!!

Peaceful stay close to LV strip
Nice stay about a 15 minute walk off the strip. Staff were friendly, check-in easy, and pool area was peaceful. We appreciated the kitchen and the pull-out couch, which worked well for our family.

The property is clean and inviting, there was some mistakes made while we were checking in that should have never been made. The long walk to the strip was horrible. The hotel is not accessible by vehicle due to the construction in the area right now.

We loved staying at The Platinum! It was quiet, clean, non smoking and the room was huge! For us, we didn't mind the distance from the strip, we walked to the strip every day. Staff was friendly and courteous. 5th floor outdoor pool area was nice also. I loved the calm of this hotel after the craziness of the strip and the casinos! Not a complaint, but maybe important for some, it could use updating. Judging by the decor, it was probably decorated in the early 2000's.

No huge check in lines, quiet and well worth money
We stayed here once when this hotel was a spa hotel and now as just the hotel. Love the Platinum. Apartment rooms with a great view out to the Vegas mountains. Great view of the Sphere. Always very accommodating would recommend.

Here for our anniversary & wanted to enjoy a room with access to outside air (balcony) & nite time pool. Although room was fantastic, the patio area was mostly un-used due to the over whelming fumes of aircraft and cars most of the time. :( We happened to arrive when someone broke glass in pool which was closed to repair for the entire stay :( The room was very clean and quiet plus everything worked fine that we used. Loved the check in-out process with no real lines...awesome! A great hotel and staff were all very friendly. We may try again soon but maybe a different room location & hope pool is up and running too. Note: I would recommend checking your Hotel.com rate with the Hotel's since ours was not the same and currently waiting to see if Platinum is going to honor the lower rate quoted us.
