The parking area was very confusing and had all kinds of warnings. They need police on bicycles to police the parking. Better yet, eliminate the $20 a day valet and go back to tipping the parking attendants 2 or 3 bucks when leaving/arriving. The $51 resort fee is way too much for this property. It's not the Wynn. Their "Top of the World Restaurant" has the view and great service but the price is now just over the top. Gambling is fair and reasonable and staff friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at The Strat Hotel and was very disappointed with the experience. Despite checking in late at 10 PM, my room was not cleaned. Every morning, from 7 AM to 10:30 AM, the smoke alarm in my room went off, causing significant discomfort. The hotel staff was unresponsive and did not change my room until the last night of my stay, despite my repeated requests. Additionally, I found the staff to be unkind and unhelpful. I understand the pressures of hospitality, and I am typically patient, but this experience was unacceptable. I expected much better service and accommodations based on the hotel's reputation.

- The parking is $20 a day on top of resort fees, which is more than what luxury hotels like Luxor / Mandalay Bay charges, which is $18. There is no reason the parking should be that high, especially if you are a guest and it's at the end of the Strip/it's a weekday. - Every person needs Wi-Fi nowadays and while the lobby/amenities has decent wi-fi, the hotel rooms do not have a good stable connection to the internet. We called several times, they said it would be fixed, and it was not. Even further, we were given false information and told that the Golden Guest wifi were for hotel guests, then told by another employee that it was actually The Strat wi-fi that is for guests. This would be tolerable if the Strat had plenty of spaces for guests to lounge around/use Wi-Fi where it worked but half the pool was closed, restaurant were open at off hours, the Wet Club was closed, and you had to pay $10 to get to the top of the Strat. - I understand that not every hotel room will get a nice view, but putting a straight up wall in-place of a window is criminal. The room in itself is dark enough, while the sun came through the wall, it was not enough to light up the room. We might as well have stayed in a prison cell. Thankfully, we were able to get our rooms switched to one with a real window. - As far as "renovation" goes, the Strat prides itself in having newly renovated rooms and that "you've never known Strat like this before", but I would go as far as to say, I wish I never knew

First time at the Strat and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the refurbished room and the rest of the property. It seems like there is not a whole lot to it, so the atomic golf facility is a great feature. Being at the far end of the strip, actually a little off strip, is a bit of a disadvantage, but it was otherwise a good stay at a good price. Anyone who knows this part of Vegas knows that the area to the west of this property can be a little questionable, however, I didn't have any issues.

This place needs a serious deep clean. Upgrade and all. Water wasn’t hot for the shower, pool stayed closed. We couldn’t get bottles of water in the room. Iron didn’t work, they did replace it, that one didn’t work either. It was not worth the money we spent and they don’t say they hold 200 dollars at time of check in. Overall we slept there and did everything else on the strip. Will NOT stay again.

Overall good. If you are on a bicycle outside the hotel, beware of the driveway to the Carl's Jr. It can be unkind to anyone with small bicycle tires. Other than that, very safe.

We paid extra for conjoining rooms and the rooms were opposite sides of the hotel but on the same floor. Multiple lights in the room were flickering so we left the lights off because I have epilepsy. When brought to staffs attention, it was dismissed. The room door was also broken- it was also dismissed.

I stay up the street all the time, and I always request a grand suite because of the separating one bedroom and partition upon arriving to check in. They tried to play a game with me. My room was pretty much given away so when I tried to check into my grant suite they had not available even though I pre-booked this weeks before they played a game and lie to me to my face saying oh we’re gonna upgrade you to the family suite on a higher level, but it was really because the grand suite was unavailable, and I believe my room was given away the reason, I booked this room is because me and My Wife usually bring the kids and we like having the separation And privacy adequate to the partition in a real one bedroom once I talk to the manager and got down to the story. It was basically they did not have a room and said it was maintenance issues. We were forced to stay in the family suite nights. Basically two nights we weren’t able to transfer to our room until the next day to about 330 which caused a huge inconvenience in our day. You’re waiting all day to transfer a room. It halted our movement and maneuver and things we had planned with the kids, I don’t think the staff really cared or understood any of this. For the most part, the street is usually a cool place but this experience was just poor. I don’t know if I’ll be returning to the Strat. What was really bothering me is I just stayed at the hotel a month later and booked the same room and it was like I was treated and put off.

My family and I arrived late at the hotel, we slept soundly, the next morning we noticed that the sheets on our bed were dirty, very dirty with feces stains, it's disgusting, I still can't believe this, what else can I think of the other spaces, the carpet super dusty.
