Did not like the fact that we got roped in by the casino by time share clients , tried hitting on my wife once we git to this “lovely resort” while they took $50 damn dollars from us , jenky ass 3 day 2 night stay with dumb purchases you have to do before getting proper stay knowledge, good place but they need to get rid of those people there bad situations

The whole time our floor smelt like marijuana. Our rooms were ok nothing special. Room cleaning did not happen just left shampoo on the bathroom sink. Casino staff were friendly. Would go back and play at the casino but don’t think I’d choose accommodation there unless the price was right.

The only thing we didn't really care for was the Cafe open at 7am , went next morning after we arrived not very good,cold, ham was dry whole meal wasn't very good, service was good, went next morning to give it another chance, it was worse, third day walked down the street to Denny's now that was a great breakfast, PT's was good, hope you look into that, before we come back thanks

We really enjoyed our stay at the Strat. Check in/out was easy and seamless. Especially liked that the hotel was not far from the main strip. We rented a car so parking was no problem.

The only thing I have complaint it's with the room towels, they were clean but the looks old and with some stains that make you a little bit uncomfortable. The hotel was really wonderful, stuff very friendly. It is Las Vegas but at the same time the hotel is quiet and you can rest without interruptions. Security was all the time present and ut make you feel good. The pool is wonderful wirh pretty views. I will stay again

Rooms stink, hallways stink and the casino stinks. The pillows are fat and uncomfortable. The price is way to high for what you get. They have 4 elivators that go up the tower but only one was working so we had to wait half an hour at the elivators.

Not bad but not great. Their facilities were nice but rooms are a bare minimum. No mini fridge, complementary water or non decaf coffee. There is wifi but it’s shared and not specific to rooms so very weak. Location isn’t safe at night outside the hotel area either

I booked this hotel through Expedia. When I got to the hotel they tried to upsell me a different room because it was remodeled. I declined. The room I got was horrible no amenities. The bathroom floor was just concrete I was to say the least not impressed. I have stayed at many places in Vegas and this was the worst room I have ever had.

This hotel needs a tram connection to the strip, that area where the hotel is located is so unsafe. A monorail or a tram would be nice in this area

Compared with last year's central tower rooms, the north tower rooms are nicer and more modern. Some features are nice, like the night lights. The bathroom door should be opaque instead of glass, as it is, the light from inside shines into the room at night. I stayed on the 4th floor and the view of my room was a joke, the only thing I could see out of the window was another wall, no light would come into the room at any time of the day. The house keeping service was also not great, I stayed for 10 days and on the days I wanted to have the room clean the service was always incomplete. Sometimes they only left clean towels but didn't make the bed, they would leave new soaps but no coffee pods. One day they refilled with new coffee pods but only decaf, and on another day they came to clean the room at 6pm when I was already in the room... The worst thing about the rooms is definitely the air conditioning unit. Very outdated unit, the auto function is the same as always on, when it should only come on to regulate the temperature, and the unit is super noisy. Imagine driving a car on the highway with the windows always open, that's what you'll hear the whole night. Also, the fact that the pool closes at 5pm is a joke!

We were not happy with the $50 a day resort fee that was sprung on us when registering. We further were dissatisfied with the $20 day parking fee that was also not indicated prior to us checking in. At that point we felt stuck with the facility. The swimming pool was closed due to only a moderate 15 mph breeze, which inconvenience us. The blighted properly to the south was a detraction. The hallway carpets on the 17th floor were bunching up and needed to be replaced. The timeshare people were very persistent/aggressive, which was probably the biggest annoyance with our stay. Hall at all, after paying an additional $70 a day, we will very likely not return to the facility. The $10 off for the tower did not remotely compensate us, so we didn’t bother doing it.

Hairdressers in every room should be standard. Instead the hotel gave a long sob story about why there wasn´t one. They could not guarantee one. They were being stolen and not replaced. And did not know which rooms had them. I finally got one via the electronic concierge, but it was in poor condition, sometimes sparking. I was afraid it would set my hair on fire. Apart from that, the room is very poorly appointed. Hardly any hooks in the room to hang things up. Stingy on the shampoo etc amenities, and a bit of a grubby feel all around to the room. The hotel main casino floor is unbelievably shabby compared to the other hotels. The dining options really limited, and the lack of seating - anywhere - is really hard to believe. Just a few hard cold metal benches on floor 2 near the Mc Donald's was all the free seating we could find. The few hotel staff that we spoke to were indeed helpful (except for the hairdryer story), but I will never stay there again. Awful experience. We could not wait to leave.
