The distance from the parking lot to registration is long, and it's hard to navigate, especially with luggage. So you lugging all of your stuff down an elevator and a long way only to get to registration that you do at a kiosk (why not put those closer to the parking garage?), and then you end up walking back the way you came to get to the guest elevators. It's a bad first impression. The signage is vague at best, and a "set of additional elevators" to our "District" (it's giving Hunger Games, by the way) was nowhere to be found.
The room was nice, the location was great, and the price was decent, but I would have preferred not to have to walk a mile with all my stuff when a kiosk outside of the parking elevator could have saved me a long, frustrating trip. If no one's going to help me anyway, just stick the dumb kiosks everywhere.
