This was our first stay with the Linq and we enjoyed our time there. It was clean and we were in close proximity to different things on the strip compared to where we stayed the last time.

the room was OK, I tried to use the phone for room service and not only did it not work, but it looked like it had not been cleaned in months! The pool is actually very small. The elevators are super slow. The staff was not all that friendly. I do however recommend Chayo! Pretty good food.

I stayed for one night. The check-in process was a complete headache. There are these check-in machines which are supposed to make check-in more efficient but remove the human element for help and support. The stations were not working when I arrived, then when I tried to check in later my registration was not found and then finally someone assisted me after waiting in line for 30 minutes. One of the bell service staff was extremely upset over tips. He handed me my bag and I was waiting for another and he was upset that I did not hand him a tip immediately. Which completely discouraged me from any further positive interaction. I hope the hotel pays competitive salaries so that staff are not rude to customers. The hotel itself was extremely clean.

The distance from the parking lot to registration is long, and it's hard to navigate, especially with luggage. So you lugging all of your stuff down an elevator and a long way only to get to registration that you do at a kiosk (why not put those closer to the parking garage?), and then you end up walking back the way you came to get to the guest elevators. It's a bad first impression. The signage is vague at best, and a "set of additional elevators" to our "District" (it's giving Hunger Games, by the way) was nowhere to be found. The room was nice, the location was great, and the price was decent, but I would have preferred not to have to walk a mile with all my stuff when a kiosk outside of the parking elevator could have saved me a long, frustrating trip. If no one's going to help me anyway, just stick the dumb kiosks everywhere.

Good location, easy walking on the strip. Decent dining options with a couple places open late. Overall pretty clean. Amenities in the room were average at best. Customer service was hit and miss. The kiosk check in is convenient but lack luster. The staff at the pool were very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately there was a horrendously rude staff member working inside one of the stores.

We got charged and extra $100 for resort fees. Iron didn’t work. Called to get a new one but they took to long. Had dinner reservations. Went to dinner in wrinkly clothes. The usb in room also didn’t work. Called to get it fixed. Never got fixed. I had to buy a plug in charger downstairs for $40.

It aas a great stay. The only thing I didnt like is that there was not a microwave, so we wasted a lot of food, and the water pressure was low but it got the job done.... All in all, i would recommend a stay here.

This was our first time in Las Vegas and was very happy with the location of the hotel as it was close to everything that we wanted to see. Checking in and out was quite easy using the kiosk. The room had a more dorm room vibe. The beds were comfortable and there was a small fridge but no microwave or coffee maker or even a box of tissues. Prices for little things like coffee, water, snacks was outrageous in the hotel so I would suggest going to the CVS or Walgreens and picking up those items.

Check in caused us to miss our reservations. Had done pre check in but 4 machines all froze once they had our ID in the machine. Waited for attendant to help for over 30 minutes and kept being told they’d come eventually. Finally got in line instead and had to wait another 20 minutes. Almost an hour to get room keys despite doing pre check in ahead of time.
