It consists of two independent apartments, newly renovated and cared for in every detail, which boast spacious kitchens equipped with all the useful accessories, dining rooms with large tables, bright living rooms, comfortable bathrooms, double bedrooms and a single, over to a useful cellar.

We loved staying at this apartment so much! Just a few steps away from the gorgeous waterfront where swans swim by in the sunset and you can enjoy delicious meals with gorgeous views. The communication and check in with the host went smoothly (her tiny daughter is adorable!) We rented both apartments for 2 couples and it was perfect. They each have their own kitchen, bathroom, washer and living room. Renovated very recently so everything is fresh and clean. One apartment has a private bedroom, and the other has a loft-style situation with a double bed on one side and a single on the other, both up a staircase and both open to the living area. To enter the apartment, you will walk up 36 VERY steep stairs so be prepared. It was wonderful for us to work off all the brioche and gelato we ate! Wonderful restaurants, shopping and markets within 2 min walk. If you are driving to Lazise, there is no driving into the tiny walled village so you need to park outside, about a 7-10 min walk. We cannot say enough about this lovely space....I wish we could come back every year!!

We spent a week in Lazise and occupied both the apartment and the loft. Excellent accommodation. Super location close to the lake in the heart of the old town. Check in and out was easy. Several welcoming touches. Lots of useful tips and leaflets made available. Thank you - we hope to be back. C and A

Thank you Francesca and Elia for a fantastic stay in your beautiful apartments. We traveled with our adult children and rented both apartments in July 2017. Francesca has created two gorgeous and modern apartments with a touch of history. The house is situated in the absolute center of Lazise in an very old house. It is right next to the beautiful lungimare. Just step out of the door and find all restaurants, the boats which takes you all over the lake. We thought it was absolutely perfect and would love to come backs. Francesca and Elia is the best hostes we ever met in a rental through Homeaway. They met us to give the key in a very late hour and gave us a lot of good tip of restaurants, bike rental and boat trips. They instantly answered messages when we had any questions. They were more committed to us as guests than we could ever expect. We highly recommend a stay in Casa Carlottina!
