We checked in and staff was friendly. We went to our room and it was not clean and smelled like smoke. It still had peoples stuff in it. They did not have a room that would accommodate but would not give us a discount on penthouse room which was the only room available that would fit my family of five. Waiting on refund.

The heat/air could not be turned off in our room without cutting off the plug circuit switch and tub didn’t have plug for bath. Had to have them change out the plate. It was very noisy at night

Please do not publish this, but since you asked ‘how can it be improved upon’.. we ve stayed at several comfort suites lately and the following were noticeably absent at this Georgetown location…. A no coffee bar B water is available but other locations have lemon infused water C no cookies or snacks available as at other locations D laundry area… very messy, I mentioned it to the front desk person, but no attention was given in the time I washed and dried. E since there was no coffee, hot tea bar, I made a cup in the room, but tea supply was scant and cups had no lids. F the lobby displays the 8.x rating… don’t be proud of a B, go for an A. G front desk person was efficient Thank you.

Clerk at front desk was most helpful. Only drawback was the train whistles at 4:00 am in the morning. Lots of selection for breakfast

My Expedia Confirmation was not in Hotel Computer and desk clerk was not helpful...until manager arrived. He confirmed reservation through Expedia and directed desk clerk to enter info into hotel computer,,, and all was well after that. Had manager not been on site, my stay might not have happened, despite a confirmed reservation. My room , breakfast, and stay were perfect..!

I requested a room on the 1st floor. I was advised the 1st floor was for pets and given the option to choose another floor. It was quieter then other hotels I've staued at in the area. Very comfy room. I would stay again!!

Great staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was great. The only 1 star was coffee in afternoon was old, I like a cup of coffee late afternoon, early evening. But great other than that. Would stay here again.

The King bed mattress was not comfortable, needs replaced, to soft and big dipp in middle. felt like you were in a recliner while sleeping.

Though we were on the first floor next to the fitness center, our room was fairly quiet, large and with a very comfortable bed. The room and the rest of the hotel felt clean and breakfast came with a reasonable variety of options. Staff were courteous and helpful. Good value for the price. My only gripes: The sofa cushions in our room had clearly seen better days. They were clean and unripped but very lumpy/not much support. Not sure what the sofa bed condition was as we didn't use it. The hot tub smelled a little funny--not moldy, but just odd. The shower water felt "sticky"--I wonder if the water softener needs to be adjusted. Overall, we would stay in this hotel again!
