Opening Weekend at Keeneland
This property was perfectly located close to downtown Lexington and just a short drive to the track. We brought are grown children and friends with us to enjoy the event. We had 8 people staying and it did seem a little cramped but it was managable. We loves the horse racing motif throughout the house! Hoping to return next year!

Charming and unique home
This is a very unique historical property. It’s right in the heart of downtown. The location is excellent. Everything was clean and as shown on the website and the hostess is great at communicating. Highly recommend.

Merit Weekend at UK
We came for the weekend for Merit Day at UK. The house was exactly what I had hoped for…clean, spacious, and convenient. I will definitely stay there again when the need arises. Carrie is a wonderful host and I appreciate how accommodating she was to my schedule and needs.

Great location!
Perfect spot when visiting UK. The walk to Rupp Arena was quick and easy. The location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. And, the house is beautiful.

Come From Away
Beautiful home! Spacious! More than plenty of room for the 4 of us. Spent the long weekend in Lexington to see the "Come from Away" performance at the Opera House and take in a few of the sites. Will need to come back when the weather is better to enjoy the countryside. One issue--had an unexpected individual Saturday evening use the patio area alongside the house as a shortcut (twice) from one block to the next. He hopped the gate and kept right on running. Beyond that, a very accommodating stay.

Great Location
The house was in a perfect location for us as our daughter could easily walk from campus and we could easily walk to anywhere we needed. The house had everything we needed and more. It was our first time staying in a historic home and we loved it. The house is larger than expected, and very cozy. The host was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful location and a great stay
We had a great stay. The house was spacious! Lots of room for the family. The owner was quick to address any issue. The home was beautiful. The stained glass window was a great touch. The old newspapers in one of the rooms added to the historical experience. We all really enjoyed it! The location near the Rupp arena was close enough to walk!

Great place for multi-generational stay
Historic property with lots of interesting quirks. It has two "wings" that were probably separate rental units at some point in time, but which now connect through a hall. This worked really well to put grandparents in the loft bedroom of one wing and the parents and teen in the bedrooms of the other wing. Be warned that all sleeping areas are upstairs, so that luggage must be hauled up. The host is a pleasure to deal with.
