Lovely hotel, with really nice staff, and in an area that is easily accessible but outside of the immediate hustle. The staff is very kind and willing to help with any reasonable request.

I like the location to Metro station Parque, dislike to elevator to the ground level. Shower pressure is good, room size is fair, a small coffee machine would be nice, also a lot more hangers are required

Decent gaff for a decent price
The staff are fantastic and will help you with whatever you need. The rooms are a tad on the small and spartan side, but it's not a 5* you're paying for. If you've got noisy neighbours, you might hear them. But beyond that? It's a good place, on a quick line straight into Lisbon. What's not to love?

I had a very basic room without a bar fridge or working air-conditioning. The room itself was clean and tidy. The hotel is quite a distance from downtown Lisbon but very close to the Parque metro station. The worst part was how noisy the hotel was. The walls are so thin I could hear everything the people in the next room did including their conversations, There was also lots of noise coming from upstairs which made it almost impossible to sleep.

When we looked at this property we chose it because it had parking . There was no parking at the property . There was a parking lot next to the hotel for 14 euros a day . No one at the hotel was able to give us any information on the parking since the parking lot was not affiliated with the hotel . Our room was clean but it did not feel like I was in a hotel , felt more like I was in a school dorm. The curtains were barely hung on hooks and we couldn’t open the shades as the curtain were barely hung.and we were afraid they would fall . The room was very bare , consisting of a bed , and a decorative tree stump as a decorative night stand . The hotel charged 10.50 euros for breakfast a person , consisting of toast , scrambled eggs and cold cuts . I feel what we were charged per night it could have been a more comfortable and pleasurable stay.

Staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and the room had plenty of space with a comfy bed. Breakfast buffet was mostly continental with only 2 cooked items but was of good quality. Location of the hotel was good, the centre of town was a 15min walk away and a metro station is less than a 5 min walk. The only issue with the hotel is that the room walls have no sound proofing at all. I could hear everything, the people next door were just talking and had the tv on but they may as well had been in the same room. I could hear them that clearly.

Nice hotel and good value, however, the bathrooms are extremely small and would never accommodate 2 people at a time. I only stayed one night but would not consider multiple nights at this hotel because of the bathroom size ( I am a female)!!! The beds were extremely comfortable, staff was great, and I liked the area it was located in.

Being an Ibis Styles we knew what to expect when we booked. Clean rooms, great shower and friendly staff. Most central destinations are walkable but it's a great location for both Marques de Pombal or Parque Metro stations.

One night stay after a long day. Room 611. The window was open when we got there so tried to close it due to the loud traffic noise of the main avenue below. Impossible…. Then tried turning on the AC and it didn’t work… so you can conclude that the AC has been out of order for a while so customers had to open the window for fresh air until it broke too and nobody fixed it. Annoying!!!!
