An Almada Gem
David was a fantastic host. We met him a bit early and he was able to meet us and check us in. We were able to try his family restaurant, Horatio's and it was such a treat, even though it was a very local Portuguese restaurant, were able to communicate with some English. We had takeout Christmas Eve and it was perfect. The apartment was great for our family and within walking distance to the bakery, restaurant and coffee shops. Driving into Lisbon was no problem and we were able to visit several towns in the area. We had an excellent time, hope to return again if we are in Lisbon. Highly recommend David's vacation apartment!!

Nice short stay
This apartment is as advertised and was very clean. It is a little far from city centre but was good for our overnight stay before we went to airport. It does have some amazing lookout areas and views within walking distance. 😊

Fabulous apartment in a fun neighborhood!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. David was awesome at meeting us at property and going over everything. He helped us with some confusion on using the ATM (which I would not recommend needing to do intentionally!) and was available for any questions. It is so helpful to have a local person so helpful as David with us traveling internationally from the US the first time! We dined at the family restaurant which was truly our best meal in Portugal!! Thank you David for your impeccable hospitality!

Absolutely wonderful apartment, would definitely recommend!
The apartment is very clean and spacious, it has two bathrooms and two showers as well as two good size bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is very big and has everything you may need. It's about 8 min walk or 2 bus stops from the ferry that takes you right to the center of Lisbon in 10 min. David is an excellent host; he met us at the apartment and answered all our questions. But the best of all, they have a family restaurant in the same building. The food is amazing! Great choice of fresh seafood and meats cooked to perfection; the prices are very good too. We really enjoyed our stay!

Short but sweet
We were only in Lisbon overnight to catch our flight the next day. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. David was an excellent host and shared alot of local knowledge. Only minor complaint was being next door to a restaurant with outdoor seating a little noisy in the evening. Very lovely apartment with great location.

Prima appartement, helemaal conform de foto’s en de informatie vooraf. Goede bedden dus goed geslapen. Heerlijk gegeten bij de buurman. Lissabon was gemakkelijk te bereiken met de ferry. Al met al een prima verblijf 👍
