I am from south America , on my stay on Portugal I booked 3 hotels , I came with my mom and my son , the tall guy with glasses on in front desk didn't have a nice attitude toward me , he didn't say anything wrong but his dirty looks showed me his unfriendly attitude and , he just gave me anxiety when I checked in with the receptionist.

Hotel up to our expectation
Hotel location is convenient to metro and landmarks. Some are within walking distance. Front desk staffs are helpful to provide directions. The only complain is closet space is limited and wooden hangers are not easy to handle. Wish they provide some lightweight wire hangers. I appreciate the breakfast has various choices of coffee and tea, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries.

Decent hotel, well located - a 12-min walk from Rossio Square, just off the main Avenida de la Liberdade and not far from Marques de Pombal tube and the park just behind it. Not super luxurious, but it had everything we needed, was clean and convenient, with a decent (if not amazing) breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was a good base to explore Lisbon, with plenty to do / places to eat nearby. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Our fanily decided last minute to go to Lisbon for 1 day and we wanted to.stay in the center of the city. We booked online last minute. The hotel.check in was so easy, hotel is clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
