Best go-to in Cascais, and probably greater Lisboa
Staff are great, especially front desk - always well staffed, professional, efficient, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Pool perfectly warmed. Outdoor pool also maintained and usable. Easy stroll to Pingo Doce, farmacia, and endless spectacular coast, including the mouth of hell.

It was a good location. The room and hotel were nice. We had a balcony which was nice. Room was spacious. Breakfast had great variety.

I didn’t like that the A/C wasn’t working the whole time of our stay, it was quite hot and very unpleasant to get a good night sleep!!!!!

Great family stay
We had a lovely stay as a family of 4 at the Pestana Cascais for 4 nights. Friendly and helpful staff, good indoor and outdoor pool and outdoor areas and a decent breakfast with a wide selection. The bedroom suite was very spacious with a big balcony and though basic and a bit tired it was very clean. The kitchenette and fridge were a great addition. Beds could be comfier. The hotel is a 5 min taxi drive to the main town ( taxi rank 2/3 mins walk from the hotel) and very easy to get a train to Lisbon. The best part was our evenings spent at Casa da Guia - just a 5 min walk from the hotel this area has a lovely selection of restaurants and bars over looking the sea and lovely all lit up at night. Excellent waffle/crepe van too! A more residential area but a very good bakery/ cafe and small supermarket across the road, and a wonderful Pingo Doce supermarket 5 min walk away (near taxi rank under apartments)

Very well run hotel. We enjoyed our stay: good selection for buffet breakfast, clean room and surrounding area, quiet location. Was not too far to city center and local restaurants. Extremely friendly staff. Definitely will consider this hotel next time I will visit Cascais.

Older property and needs updating for the price per night imo. 20 mins walk to downtown area but there was a small restaurant set around the corner along the cost which was convenient for night time. The pool area is small and again needs updating all around. I found the breakfast buffet was good but the dinning room was tiny and hard to navigate around people. 3 out of 5.

Excelente experiência em geral. equipe extremamente simpática e profissional. Em geral, o hotel está bem conservado. Infelizmente, o design está um pouco desactualizado. Principalmente, a guarnição azul precisa de ser pintada de uma cor neutra. Não exprime um tema náutico. O "spa" precisa de uma revisão. não é até o padrão do dia. buffet de café-da-manhã foi excelente. A propósito, fazer uma reserva através do seu aplicativo como membro é difícil. Tive que usar o Expedia para fazer a reserva. Excellent experience in general. Staff extremely friendly and professional. Overall the hotel is well maintained. Unfortunately the design is a bit out of date. Primarily the blue trim needs to be repainted a neutral color. It does not express a nautical theme. The "spa" needs an overhaul. It is not up to the standard of the day. Breakfast buffet was excellent. By the way, making a reservation through your app as a member is difficult. I had to resort to Expedia to make the reservation.

Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens by the pool. Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A little bit dated. The breakfast area was inadequate and had to queue to get in for a while and queue for drinks for around 20 mins. Could be resolved with a little planning and more drinks facilities!

We were greeted warmly by Ricardo who provided an excellent orientation of the property and surroundings. We loved how spacious our room was and the size of the balcony. The breakfast buffet had a very good variety of choices and was quickly replenished. We loved that there was a nice assortment of fresh fruit. The only downside was that our bed was quite hard and the walls were very thin. We could hear everything said in the next room to ours.

Hotel is not new, but everything was in a good condition. The room was clean and bright, adorable and minimalistic. What I liked about this place? - Hot tub and indoor pool were very good. I could enjoy and relax after daylight activities. - The hotel is close to the seaside with a running route. You will definitely love your morning running routine. Places and cliffs near this place are extremely nice. - Breakfast was tasty. Huge variety of local food, fruits, home-made breads, for any kind of diet. - Parking spot. - Green and blossoming territory.
