Our room key cards kept malfunctioning. Bathtub did not have nonslip surface which it should have had.

I would STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to put a large mirror in the common area outside the bathroom. Needed countless times. Also, please separate recycling, green garbage and true garbage.

Sorry about the roach inside your room. We have already summoned our pest control to come over and service the room. Unfortunately, we cannot refund anything on a prepaid booking made on a 3rd party site.

Inconvenient (but seemingly safe) area of Livermore but the hallways and rooms smelled like cigarettes, light bulbs were missing, front desk was rude, and appliances didnt work (fridge, coffee maker, bathroom fan, etc.)

We are truly sorry for your sub-par experience at our hotel. We have now corrected all the deficiencies you outlined on your review. We should have just moved and upgraded to you another room.
Hotel was in an okay location, the pictures dont show the condition of the hotel properly before booking. The carpets are in desparate need of cleaning, the walls need to be painted. The staff was helpful but felt like a ghost town. Breakfast was nice- good selection. Hotel smelled a little like cigarettes on the first level. Pool & spa are cool, jets should be repaird in spa. A transient was out side the door and they fed her and I really appreciated that the most!!! And please get rid of the cloth couches in the room! They stink, and ours was excessively stained. They need to be a material you can wipe down!!! The carpets definititely need. Deep cleaning. My socks were DIRTY!!!

We are so sorry that you had to step on the dirty carpet that we are getting rid-off real soon. If you are to come back in the next two weeks, you will see that our hallways will be all freshened up with brand new carpet. Also, we will go through shampooing all the guest room carpets as well.
