Wonderful staff, awful Internet.
Generally, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right off the highway, and easy to get to. The staff was wonderful, informative, and helpful at all times. The hotel is also very dated. The toilet in our room in Bldg #4 took nearly five minutes to flush and fill. Directions for long distance calls are still on the telephone. But most importantly to us, the Internet connection for this room was atrocious. Using SpeedTest, i never saw anything over 10Mbs. Ten. It’s why the digital television stations constantly drop to black. No bandwidth. Yikes, SenS, this is the area of the Silicon Valley! Upgrade! It took 20 minutes to download a movie!

We discovered cockroach on the wall from the heat filter. And the room we in had blood stains on the carpet. It's nice location but they need to upgrade everything. Sofas were old. Customer service was good.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced All Suite Hotel then SenS is the place for you. My wife and I have stayed there twice and each time everyone treated us outstanding.

Getting a bit dated
This is an older property and frankly, seems to be a bit behind on maintenance. We had to have our key cards re-issued three times and our TV fixed twice. Still, several channels had no sound and several more had "snowy" pictures or would disappear and say "no signal". The A/C also had to be repaired. Also, T]the bed was hard (as others have noted). The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fine as such breakfasts go. The location is quite convenient too.

Service was OK. Pool was clean. Room was very dated. Peeling paint on the ceilings in the room from water damage. Room had spiders and webs in corners. Very dated and worn. Beds were meh. Not awful but nothing about the rooms were particularly comfortable. Television was not a smart tv and the screen was broken. Only showed the show on 3/4 of the screen.

It was clean and comfortable. However it was very noisy early AM from gas station next door. The lobby coffee was luke warm. Breakfast rhe normal stuff thats included in these type of hotels pretty boring but plentiful. Nice hot tub, pool area for relaxation.

Clean and friendly
Very nice place with large rooms, well equipped kitchen and a nice breakfast. Downsides were extremely firm beds (I couldn’t sleep!), a broken hot tub (one of the main reasons I chose this location!) and no electric vehicle charging on site.

Uncomfortable beds and ruin down property
Definitely overall property needs a facelift but the biggest issue is the cheap and uncomfortable beds and the tv that has only about 5 channels that are watchable. Carpet and sofa had stains. The check in staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, so a plus there. Overall i wouldn’t book her again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our two bedroom two bath unit was clean on the surface but definitely in need of updating. Carpet had spots and rips, furniture was kind of old. Slider door very hard to open and in need of a new screen. Beds were just ok, pillows not so great. The dining area, pool area were all clean and pleasant spots. Location is definitely a plus. Costco gas station right next door, breakfast was good for a quick meal before heading out. It was good enough for a one night stop before the second leg of our trip but wouldn’t want to stay again unless property was updated.

The room was quiet and comfortable for a week’s stay. The breakfast wasn’t great for a vegetarian. Only two days offered more than just apples for fruit, only two days had yogurt. One day the only cereal was fruit loops. But overall it was fine, especially with the large refrigerator and kitchen in the room. The pool is very cold and they fill it with hose water each morning, which might be why, but that made it impossible to have an early morning swim before heading out for the day and one morning there were no clean towels at the pool, just a hamper full of soggy towels. My microwave didn’t work for five days and they didn’t fix it the day they said they would so that made dinner that night convert to cold sandwiches since I had brought a microwaveable dinner with me and leftovers that I didn’t want to use the stove for after a very long day. Air conditioner output was weak, but eventually did cool the room. One person often had their unattended very large dog outside. It wasn’t friendly and growled and barked. Luckily it didn’t attack. Sometimes there were piles of trash on the ground by the exterior trash cans. Overall it was a comfortable stay, with a few minor inconveniences. Quiet and comfortable and very spacious. Lots of closet space. Wish the exercise room had been open. I will probably stay here again.

We strive to provide a wide range of options for our breakfast each morning, but sometimes we may run out of certain items based on guest demand or if we are shorted by our suppliers, so I'm sorry you had limited options on some mornings. Also, our pool is not heated, so if it hasn't been too warm outside then it usually stays pretty chilly, but our fitness center is open 24/7 so I apologize for any misinformation you may have been given that it was not available for you to use. We look forward to seeing you again so we can provide you with an even better experience! Thank you again.

We did receive notice that a few rooms this past weekend found some bugs/insects in the room, however we did confirm that they were more along the lines of spiders, carpet beetles, etc. and NOT bed bugs. Our management team and housekeeping staff is well trained and well versed in what to look for and how to treat for bed bugs and we did not find any evidence of bed bugs in any rooms. We also had our pest control company inspect and they did not find any evidence of bed bugs either. We take these matters very seriously, and it sounds like while there may have been a bug(s) found in bedding or linen in some rooms (which leads many people to use the term “bed bug”), they were not actual bed bugs.
