The hotel was super cute and in a great spot. A month or so in advance I had mentioned I was coming out from the US for a concert to celebrate my birthday and being 6 months cancer free. Someone had messaged me from the hotel about what decorations I would like that they would provide, and I responded. When I checked in, they were unaware of any of that, so nothing was provided, which was a little disappointing. The gentlemen who checked me in though was beyond amazing, comped me Breakfast the next morning and gave me voucher codes for free coffee. He even let me borrow a plug in for my last day as I had the wrong converter plug in. I appreciated him so much!
Another bummer was I was not able to use the free drink vouchers. Every time I went into the bar, something was going on with the coffee machine, or they were too busy with other customers.
The TV also did not work/turn on which wasn't a huge thing, but I usually have it background noise to sleep.
The walls are SUPER thin. I heard every person through the hallways, and some weird machine sounds off and on through the whole visit (had nothing to do with the construction).
