Good price for a hotel near King’s Cross. A bed, a shower, coffee in room and daily cleaning. By no means luxurious but then the price reflects that so can’t complain.

It was basic and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The rooms were cosy. The sink didn’t drain well. Overall a great value place to stay close to central London.

At check the man said I hadn’t paid even though I had a receipt from Expedia that it had been paid, after a lot of checking he gave me the key, the place was so hot in the room even though radiator wasn’t on and even opening windows didn’t help and was right next to very busy road, the positives were it was close to King’s Cross stn and beds were comfy

I had booked for 3 nights & was disappointed to be put on the ground floor in a very old dingy room right next to the lift. On asking if I could change rooms, they kindly moved me the next day to a newer renovated room on another floor which I appreciated.

Ideal for a one-off night when heading to St Pancras International station and need a cheap place to stay, but I wouldn't otherwise recommend this hotel for pleasure. It was very small, run down, and very loud (you could hear all the neighbouring rooms, and lots of noise outside).

Poorly decorated. Tv was tiny on the bare wall. Very basic. Started drilling at 8.15 am without warning. When asked why we were not told beforehand, the receptionist just shrugged and said sorry. Tea and coffee facilities good.

I just stayed for one day here. It is walkable from train but not convienient with luggage. But overall, they let us keep the luggage in the luggage room and was able to go around the area, still prefer the area closer to paddington station

Room 3 where my daughter and granddaughter were staying was situated in basement,carpet in corridor was unlevel and trip hazard. Couldn't get a warm shower,hairdryer not working. Windows were old and could hear all noise from outside,wind coming through.

The rooms aren’t large but big enough. Spent most of our time exploring the neighbourhood. A easy walk to 2 major undergrounds and plenty of buses nearby. The water was hot and plentiful, there was tea & milk in the rooms and the bath towels were fluffy. Beds were comfortable. There was construction in the neighbourhood you could hear but only after 8 in the am. Other than that the place was bustling and quiet at night.

Rude reception staff and mice living in the bed in my room. From the sounds of receptionist wasn’t the first incident and didn’t even get an apology from anyone in the hotel. They refused a refund even though I didn’t stay more than an hour in the hotel and only got my money back from claiming against my credit card. If I could rate this zero stars then I would and don’t recommend anyone stay here for fear of your own health and safety.

I wouldn't expect 3-5 stars of quality for the price paid, old furniture is still fine for me. But at least the bed should be better and more comfortable for an overnight rest. Not the one I had, I could feel the spring inside, which gave me a terrible backache the next morning. A budget traveller like me just needs good sleep before taking an early train the next morning. Otherwise, the receptionist was very friendly & helpful, good location too.

Second time here. I need the occasional inexpensive room to sleep in and this does the job more than ok. Yep, walls are not amazingly soundproofed but I have slept well both nights I have stayed. I have had no issues at all.

We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable (although the pillows were rather flat!) Walking distance to King’s Cross St Pancras and Euston stations. Short journeys to all the major sites. Lots of convenience stores and places to eat nearby including international cuisine and fast food restaurants. Would stay again
