Faisal was an excellent and conscientious host, once we had gotten beyond the initial problem of how to obtain access to the property (by the way, the London address of the property was incorrect). It certainly would have been more helpful to have the information on the access codes from him or from Vrbo a day earlier, as well as an email address to contact him. We had many interesting evening discussions with him and with some of his other guests. Breakfasts were satisfactory. I would say that the neighborhood was not as clean as most of the rest of London which we visited -- there was a lot of trash on the streets. But the property we stayed in was quite clean. Access to the London Underground was very useful.
