There is a lot I would like to say about this property but mostly the communication was non-existent. I’ve never seen a property without a phone number and I did not receive a response back to any of my multiple emails. I woke up mid-morning my first night to the minimal lock being open so anyone could walk in. Couldn’t go back to sleep knowing I wasn’t safe (no deadbolt) and ended up switching to a hotel 20 minutes away at 3 am…. Amenities were okay, very clean. A mile from the closest tube station so not convenient at all if you don’t have a car. Tried to contact the manager multiple times and got no response. Likely having to pay for five nights when I only slept half a night. Even got on with Vrbo support and they couldn’t do anything and told me I was wrong when I said I was given the wrong apparent (shown Apt 1, I was given Apt 3). Then proceeded to tell me they could not help me. Disappointing is an understatement.
