Great location for walking easily to Waterloo station. Able to walk easily to the Thames and wander along to most of the big sight seeing attractions. National theatre and the old Vic are essentially next door and lots of really nice eating spots surrounding it. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. Bed was comfortable enough, basic tv, internet was a bit slow but maybe was just our room location. We had brilliant views of the eye, then we had to move due to a broken shower but there were no issues with that, and the new room we were given had brilliant views of the Shard. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Great location close to Waterloo station and many city buses. Top of the line customer service. Good for famililes and serves great breakfast. Very close walking distance to Big Ben , parliament and 30 min walk to SOHO. Would stay again.

Nice hotel , short distance from Waterloo station. Felt safe in the area . Hotel was clean , modern, nice room and toiletries and plenty of options at the complementary breakfast. The waffle stand went down well with the children

Stayed 4 nights. Location is good. Close to metro. Breakfast had good variety and always found a table. My chief issue was no hot water in the shower. Literally cold showers for 2 nights. First time I called front desk, girl said it was "illegal" to adjust the temp. No mention of calling maintenance. Complained in the AM and they said they would check. When I returned in evening I was moved to abother room. That room did not have the sofa bed setup so waited for housekeeping. Plus the safe didn't work. Overall the stay was decent but I wouldnt go back. In think management could have done more with the water situation. For the money I paid pretty unacceptable to not have hot water.

Hotel is starting to look tired and they are not repairing problems. Was a good hotel but last couple of stays have not been good. Breakfast is also getting worse. Very noise through the night on 1st floor and doors banging until 4am. Aircon didn't work again and havd to open window to cool down room at 4am. Was up to 25c in the room Will look elsewhere next time

We ate in the restaurant at night. Service was very slow & chicken curry was tasteless. The sauce had no spice in it. Very bland. Disappointing. Breakfast next morning was fine though

The staff were all great - the hotel clean ; rooms quiet and everything worked Breakfast was a massive let down. Cramped - limited coffee unless you like queuing for 20 mins ; Mould on my GF Toast ; and general poor cooked food. Not a great experience ( we stayed 2 nights) We wont be back as there is a great choice in London and Hampton should be so much better

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Had issue with spare key going missing but issue was resolved. Breakfast could do with more ceral options its a lottery. Internet is very poor especially when hotel is busy. Had to use my mobile hotspot as speed was early 2000s poor.

Excellent location for tourists. Polite, attentive staff. Comfy bed in spotlessly clean room. Amazing breakfast with plenty of choice. Worth noting there was a fire alarm and evacuation during our stay which was dealt with efficiently and calmly. And fortunately no fire!! Only downside was two broken lifts - but we were on first floor so we're able to use thecstairs

Great hotel
A Great hotel close to Waterloo station, making it very easy to get around London. Lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was awesome.

Good buffet breakfast , lots of choices , close to Waterloo station , good location, walking distance to stores and lots of street foods nearby Monday to Friday . The dinner in Green port is good but have a to wait a long time to be served . Took an hour for a salad and soup. They have suitcase storage .

- noisy because of the ambulances outside - staff wasn’t really friendly - there were no windows so the rooms were not good ventilated - there was mold around the room - there was no toilet brush - overall the building was cold - overall quality was bad while the prices are really high breakfast was okay the transport around the building was good

NY weekend break
Good central location and we have stayed here before . Expensive as expected considering the festive time of year, but worth it. Clean, comfortable rooms with good buffet breakfast included in the price. Well connected for all our day plans and we saw the NYE fireworks just sat in the lobby of the hotel. Never disappointed with our stays here
