The overall stay was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they deposited some little gifts for my wife‘s birthday. The Breakfast buffet was ok, some little variety of cheese and meat. Not so much variety for vegetarians. No warm food except for porridge. The rooms were really cosy and nice. Our bathroom has had its best time. I don’t know why we had a bathroom for people with limited mobility but ok. The bathroom should have a big work-over. The rest of the hotel was in really good shape and movie decorated. A nice service was free popcorn in the lobby and free water to refill our bottles. All in all it was a good experience.

The staff was really helpful and young. The decor was fun. My room and common areas were clean. Here are my complaints: there were no hand towels or face towels. The room can get warm and no fan is provided. And no mini fridge!!! C’mon, it’s 2025!

Staff was helpful, the location and reception area vibe was fun! Although, no structure to breakfast seating, i wasn't aware that no water would be provided in room: either the guest should be informed pre check-in or provide a jug to refill as i had to purchse a bottle to be able to refill form reception and carry to my room. So, one str less for this.

Stayed here before and the hotel and staff are lovely. Nice and quirky hotel with the style of a film set. Only issue is in this weather, the air con was either not working or just ineffective. We stayed for 3 nights and after the 1st night I intended to say something, however there was a queue at check in/reception so I waited for later. Again, it was busy so I left it. After the 2nd night I just gave it up as a bad job! I would return but would expect the air con to be resolved

I had a great experience at ibis Styles London Southwark during my stay. The hotel is modern, with creative decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, well-equipped, and quiet, ensuring excellent nights of sleep. The location is excellent, close to tourist attractions like Borough Market, London Bridge, and Tate Modern, which made my sightseeing much easier.

Very convenient location. Room was a bit tight. Arrived at 1345 from a long haul overseas flight and was exhausted, but there was a hard line on 1500 check in time - she would not even see if a room was ready and no effort to message me if a room was ready before 1500. Found that a bit disappointing, especially when I was checking out at 0530 and giving them plenty of time on departure.
