Fabulous Hotel, beautiful building, very welcoming, Friendly staff, room was spacious. Excellent location. Enjoyed the club, complementary hot beverages and bottled water. Enjoyed our first trip in London.

The front entrance is beautiful, very beautiful decorated and kept clean. Thw rest of the main facilities are also great and cleanly kept. All is very secured and no random people can walk in. We left our luggage secured with them due to being too early for check in.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of tourist area - easy access to many sights and within walking distance to shows and many sights. As with everything in London, quite pricey.

We LOVED our stay at The Grand! It was super convenient for the tube and very close to major attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was immaculate. Who could ask for more??

EXCELLENT location. Close to 2 Tubes (subways) Big Ben, The London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Westminester Abbey..all these places we walked to. 24hr hot chocolate and coffee area...my son loved the complementary hot chocolate. This is the Hotel to stay if your first time in London.

This hotel location is fabulous . We arrived too early for check in but the staff were very accommodating , we went into the lounge for a coffee before we started exploring . We were within walking distance to The Eye , Big. Ben and much more . The hotel room was clean and spacious . No complaints at all

Great location in Trafalgar square, clean hotel. Room a little dated, bathroom small, one side of the bed less than a foot from the curtain- poor design. Sheets felt scratchy not soft.

Cracking 3 nights. We always atay around this area and this has become our firm favorite. Really comfy bed, spacious room, great having a decent size kettle and small kitchen area. Nice residents lounge area to get coffee and tea. A nice feature is the availability of ice and chilled water with bottles provided on each floor. Stay at hotel's twice this price which do not offer this. We will return

Great property with a fantastic business center! Some of the rooms are a little claustrophobic but I’ve stayed there multiple times and there are a wide variety of options as far as rooms go. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The property is in a great location, but over priced for what you get. We paid for a club room, it was small for 2 people with luggage. The air con/heating units is excessively loud, we tried 2 different rooms and they were both the same, so we just decided not to use it and put on warmer clothes. I’d probably look for somewhere different next time now that I know my way around London.
