My fourth or fifth stay at W12 rooms. nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Right next to Westfield for shopping and eating, the tube for convenience plus only 10 minutes walk to Olympia Exhibition Halls.

Lovely room and extremely comfortable bed. Staff polite and friendly. Lots of places to eat nearby. Very convenient for the tube.

Had an excellent stay at W12 rooms, the rooms are beautiful, extremely clean and the service was impeccable. Highly convenient location by the tube stop and the service from all staff was amazing, will definitely be staying here when visit London again. Thank you!

Super clean room and very friendly staff! Exactly what we needed (small but nice room) and was super close to the subway station. Charming surrounding area but gets a bit loud at night.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were comfy and cosy. Ammenities as expected and brilliant location next to Shepards Bush central line and a short walk to the yellow line.

The receptionist were very helpful and always there when we needed . The location was perfect as it close to Tube and Restaurants everywhere. From the beginning to the end of our stay, the hotel and the staffs were amazing. However, there might be some noise when you sleep as the wall is quite thin. Regardless, my family were still able to sleep well. So I would stay here again whenever I visit London

Take ear plugs and/or keep the windows closed, and then the noise outside is no issue whatsoever. A lovely stay and the staff were really nice.

Great spot!
Really comfortable. Great sized single room. Lovely bathroom. Under building renovation but that didn’t bother me as I was only there for the night. Could imagine it being annoying in the day time though and wasn’t aware of that before my stay.

This property is steps from the Shepherd’s Bush tube stop. Such a great location to walk, and a reasonably safe area if you’re just shopping and staying in the W12 area. The service at this hotel was amazing. Such nice people, and very helpful. We didn’t expect great service in such a bustling location, but we will definitely stay here again. You’re spoiled for choice on shopping and food. The building is undergoing renovation, however this did not impact our stay, or keep us awake at all.

The location felt a bit sketchy at times but the location to the tube station was amazing. The room cleanliness wasn’t great. There was quite a few hairs in our bed when we checked in and the curtains were filthy. They have construction to the outside of the building right now but they were done by 6pm so it wasn’t an issue. Close to the mall so lots of restaurants close by.

Great shirt stay.
Easy to get to and check in. Very friendly and clean. Even though by a busy road and tube station, it was relatively quiet. Would stay again. The shower was amazing.

OK, but…
Firstly, you should be prepared that this hotel has long narrow staircases and no lift. Even the reception is up on the first floor. Therefore, if you are mobility-impaired, or taking heavy luggage this may be an issue. I booked a “deluxe double” which turned out to be in the 4th floor attic space. The room was comfortable and clean (albeit with a plasticy mattress protector) , but had no windows, so slightly claustrophobic for me. There was however an opaque skylight, which had no blind. Not an issue for me as an early start meant I was up before daylight anyway, but might be an issue come mid summer for a light sensitive sleeper. Would I stay there again? Yes, and hopefully on a lower floor, and I’d take “deluxe” with a pinch of salt.

Perfect for short stays
Great 1 night stay at this hotel. Clean, quiet, modern bathroom, convenient location (2 mins from underground station) Very friendly and helpful staff. We will be staying here again in the future. Only stairs at the property, not an issue for us, but could be for others who are less mobile. Our room was on the fourth floor.

Excellent Boutique Hotel!
I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, rooms are clean and modern. The location is 2 minutes away from the London Underground station. I had my car so I parked in Westfield Shopping centre which was 5-10 minutes walk-to the hotel. Over wall very good experience and I would stay again.

Stayed at the apartment for the carnival, it was a brillant location , we were able to drop of luggage before we could check in. Once we checked in all our bags had been taken to our room. 20 mins walk to the carnival. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Good size triple room, beds were comfortable. I would differently stay again
