"Booked this hotel for a weekend in the city and had a great experience! My group utilized the free bag drop that the hotel offered since our transportation into the city arrived a few hours before our check-in. We had the king-suite room and it was great. Everything was clean and we had no issues. The location was also great, just a few blocks from the Chrysler building and Grand Central station. I will definitely be checking availability here again next time I am in the city!"

"Greeted the minute we walked through the doors by a friendly and professional staff. Lobby is modern, comfortable and clean. Our double room was clean, bathroom is on par with luxury hotels and ample storage. Staff checked on us multiple times throughout our brief stay and housekeeping went above and beyond. I would have rated 5/5 for “comfortable” except for the bed pillows. They are barely filled and I needed to use all 4 just to sit upright in my comfortable bed. I will stay here again and recommend to all. Traveler tip: use the hotel arranged car service if traveling to the airport. Same price as an Uber and much more comfortable. "

"Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and the water pressure in the shower and hot water was excellent. Large bathroom for NYC. Staff were welcoming and courteous. Warm cookie on check in. Street block is quiet which is good for noise but a bit empty when walking at night on the street but the avenues are brighter and more activity. Only downside is slow elevator but would stay here again without hesitation. "
