I recently stayed at the level and my experience was horrible even after all the good reviews it had. But here is our overall experience starting with the checking in for our suite. we booked our stay over a month ago and we got the sky suite with two king bedrooms after we got our keys we entered our suite and shortly realised that it was not the room we booked so I went to the receptionist letting them know I was given the wrong room and maybe it was just a simple mistake I thought so they have me another room. So we had to get all our belongings and now go to another room but again we got the wrong room once again, at this time I was not happy since we were all tired from our trip. I I was told that they din’t have that room and it was booked. So from the beginning they knew they had booked my room that I had paid for and they still decided to not say anything in hopes that we would not realise we got the wrong room I mean can it be possible they didn’t know well I don’t know. we ended up going back to the first room and the manager was going to return 100$ for each night I stayed. So we thought our troubles were over but they had just started and here are the rest of troubles, the beds were horrible, the room was filthy, couches were all stained with white marks, hot water to shower took about 20 minutes to warm up LET me say that again to just warm up, overall don’t waist your money!
