Not a party house but great for business executives, couple or small family, There is a gourmet, big , open size kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, stainless pot filler, stainless steel gas 5 burner stove, oven, stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal. New quartz counter tops with white shaker , soft close cabinets and designer backsplash. Tons of cabinet space. The dining table is perfect for dining as well as bringing your laptop and using it as a productive work place. New porcelain floors through out the house. (NO carpeting) Both bathrooms have been totally remodeled by our designer creating, stunning bathrooms. Please wipe down new shower doors to keep them looking beautiful. Furnished with everything you need dishes, silverware, etc. The front main house has it's own private side fenced patio. It has a table and 6 chairs. The table can be used as a desk area inside the house or on back patio with romantic, string lighting.
You also have a large shared yard to lounge around with table, 4 chairs, umbrella and new BBQ. (Must clean BBQ after each use or there will be a extra cleaning fee) Two lounge chairs for yard with new astroturf and yoga ball and yoga mat furnished. This is a great, quiet neighborhood to walk or ride bikes or walk your dog. Street is a one way, residential street. This is not a loud, dorm situation. Corporate housing is ideal for professionals. New central AC and heating. Must be respectful of the neighbors and noise. Drive way parking for two to four cars with EV outlet- Nema 14-50 plug available for free! We sanitize with bleach and lysol, furnish hand sanitizer, immaculate new remodeled house. Small area in garage for storage with owners approval only. Free, Shared luxury, Kenmore Elite washer/ dryer in garage.(You furnish your soap) Shared new vacuum cleaner in the garage. There are several gyms minutes away to pick from to join. Only 6 miles to Santa Monica beach and the pier. We are surrounded by the "best of the best restaurants" in town!

LOVELY home, great area!!
We had the best stay here! The house is lovely and the owners we’re equally as lovely. My kids especially loved that there were Tv’s in every bedroom and playing on the back patio. Walking distance to great food, coffee. Hope to stay here again sometime. Thank you so much to Kathy and Marck for making our stay feel like home away from home!
