Capri 13 SA presents this 2 bedroom cosy house, offering a quality break with few extra added details to set us apart, our newly refurbished home is a real treat. You can expect to stay in most sought after area of Loughborough with the benefit of being steps away from Loughborough University.

With a refreshed modern interior kitted out with a flat screen smart TV in the living area with all the usual digital streaming channels and the option of a double sofa bed too.

The two comfy bedroom feature comfy beds with good quality bed linen and towels. The main bedroom has a super king bed or two singles. Second bedroom is set with a single bed with space to make your stay comfortable. Relax in the family bathroom with a nice long soak in the bath.

Cook up something special in the well equipped kitchen complete with cookware & cutlery, oven & hob, fridge & freezer, microwave and washing machine. Kitchen is also a great social spot with a breakfast bar and Tea & Coffee provided.
