We love it’s location close to the old city walls of Lucca. The opportunity to use their bikes as a customers to ride around the city is a bonus. The staff are polite and professional, willing to provide information on the city. The addition of a gift of a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my wife’s birthday was great and unexpected. Third time in the hotel, which must say something of our pleasure in staying here.
