Watch out for the refund of your $100 DEPOSIT. Guess i missed the fine print. DEPOSIT??? Said it would be funded after my room was cleaned. I left 24 hrs ago, no refund. Rooms were great but would not stay because of DEPOSIT

The room was visibly dirty. There was dust all over the walls. The bed was so hard, it was impossible to sleep on. Sheets had visible stains. I have been here a couple of other times and knew it was not a 5 star hotel but this was the worst stay of the 3. The only improvement made was the breakfast was much better than in the past.

Front desk was wonderful and friendly. The room was quite clean and good enough for the amount I paid and the fact that it was midwinter. If anything, a little bit more dusting, but there’s no way I would complain. Everything worked. The bed was very comfortable. They had free breakfast and free coffee. I could not ask for more I would definitely go back to this hotel. They said they’re also doing a lot of renovations!

Not a bad place for the price. Kind of dated and small shower and bathroom but was clean with friendly staff. Pool needs to be warmer. Parking lot and grounds not clean, cigarette butts and trash on ground.

I love that it was right by the water, close to the casino, breakfast was good and hot, staff was very friendly. The pool and hot tub could use more chemicals to keep it sanitary, pool could be warmer. But overall it was a fabulous time including casino.

Overall this property and stay was pleasant. As others have noted it is a "dated property". There have been some updates to the rooms and bathrooms. Our room and bathroom were clean. The beds are firm. It did include a microwave and a refrigerator. The check in staff was on point and very nice. What was important for us was the price point. With this we received a clean room. The hotel was very quiet. If your looking for a cost affordable option for a couple nights this is it. I do recommend trying to obtain a room on the second floor. The interior doors on the second floor rooms are inward facing into the hotel itself. If you get a first floor room, those doors face outward to the outside (motel style). I would stay at this property again if I were to obtain the same rate price.

I stayed here a few times because it is in a convenient location. Beaches, fishing and golf all within a couple of miles. The unit I was in 317 was an accessible unit. I was impressed that it is the only unit I have ever stayed in that had accessible equipment for the shower!! The room was clean and comfortable. No coffee maker in room, but coffee was available in the lobby 24/7. I was a late arrival 11pm, but when called the front desk person arrived with a smile and cheery attitude. The pool and hot tub were not open while I was there. The breakfast was the standard hotel hot breakfast. sausage links, scrambled eggs and waffles.. 2 choices of cereal, but they had run out of milk.

Great place to stay for the price. They were supposed to have have free breakfast however they unfortunately had a problem with staffing so it wasn't available before we left that is the only complaint.

I always stay at this hotel. Its so convenient to everything. Beautiful view of the car ferry and lake across the street. It was all lit up for xmas last visit. Owner keeps making improvements to the facility all the time. Rates are very affordable. Free breakfast too
