This place has everything I was looking for. Nice cozy bed, a great sofa bed, kitchen, a washer/dryer plus pots & pans together with knife, fork and spoons! And the fridge isn’t a mini… it’s a proper fridge you can store any leftovers from restaurants in Madrid. The only problem was the a few stairs to get inside of the hotel but the front desk person helped me out. Celeste was all smile and super friendly. Her recommendation of cafe was awesome too. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Everyone from reception to rooftop bar were very nice and welcoming. Always available for any questions or requests. Though others comment the reception is small it is all about receiving the best customer service.
