"Lovely Hotel and staff. Chose breakfast included. Kids loved it. Lots of activities. Very well situated and near airport and local beach, restaurants etc... very eco-friendly. Didn't had the best view and requested some cutlery or a spoon and was told no. Left early morning as we had a early flight and was advised cold breakfast could be provided but was not offered on check out even though breakfast was paid. Other than that nice staff at the restaurant, indoor pool lady very nice too. "

"Ideally located on the edge of the old town, yet close to the marina and the 'boho' Santa Catalina district. Great service, and whilst not a boutique hotel in size it certainly felt like you were staying somewhere the needs of the residents were taken very seriously. Lovely sky bar and rooftop pool too!"

"Great hotel! With nice selection of swimming pools inside and beach. Amazing staff! Well done to Linda and Ines (dining room managers) they couldn’t really answer which food got walnuts and pecans, or might have (my son’s allergy) but they did everything they could possibly do, to make sure food is safe for my kid! Even told me chef can cook a meal just for him. Seriously brilliant customer service. Very clean around, nice activities for kids. Overall very pleasant stay."

"We had a fantastic 8 day stay at this hotel. The location was excellent with easy access to the airport using the local bus service. The room (8th floor) was ideal and big enough for our needs. Breakfast buffet was always good with a wide selection of food. Waiting staff and particularly the bar staff were wonderful. Overall, highly recommend staying here. The highlight for us was the bar staff (Alba, Eva, Sylvia & Carlos) all deserve a pay rise as they were so friendly and welcoming."

"Very nice hotel, secluded yet easy access by bus or taxi to Palma Nova etc. Very good buffet breakfast, including English breakfast. Rooms are very nice and very clean. Spa and pool are excellent. Nice pool area and secluded beach. All the staff where very pleasant. Highly recommended and would certainly stay again. "

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. It sits right on a sandy beach and the views are incredible. I recommend the ocean view room. It is so worth it. The staff was very accommodating as well. We will be back!"
