"Excellent location. We had a great set up. A door leading to a landing with 2 doors - one for our teen daughters and the other for us. Very safe and quiet. Lots of great restaurants on the doorstep expecially Hanoi Square do nice we went twice. Breakfasts were amazing and staff incredible"

"The clerk who checked us in was superb! I wish I had gotten his name. He spoke English extremely well, understood our questions and helped us with a phone call, parking, dinner suggestions, and exchanging Euros. All the first night we were there. The hotel was beautiful! It is located within easy walking distance of many historic sites. The bed was comfortable and a free breakfast buffet was welcome and delicious. We did have one problem, but not the fault of the hotel. We parked on the street out front - actually right in front of Gabby's Pub. The morning we left, we found the rear license tag of our rental car had been pulled off and put on top of the car. Easy to reattach, but then we noticed the little antenna on top of the car was missing. Our suggestion- pay a little more and park in their garage. "

"I loved it at Botanique. The property is literally over the road from the Florenc metro station, making it really convenient to get around Prague. It is also very walkable to Old Town, if you don’t want to use public transport. All of the staff I interacted with were wonderful, and helpful with all of the questions I had about the hotel and Prague itself. The breakfasts were vast and had a HUGE range of options, and not the same each day so you didn’t get breakfast fatigue. The only issue I had while here is that the room I was in hadn’t had its bin emptied on my arrival but this was soon rectified when I told reception. If I revisit Prague, Botanique Hotel is high on my list of hotels to book with. "
