The hotel was comfortable and welcoming. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. We received a complimentary bottle of bubbles in ice on our arrival. The rooms could do with a little enhancement to the soundproofing but as our neighbours were very quiet this did not detract from the holiday. The guests were predominantly German. We had a great week.

Had a great stay at this hotel staff were super friendly it is also in a good location was lucky with the weather being there in February an the pool area is really nice would definitely come back. Rooms are a little small but perfect for what you need

Reception staff very friendly. Very clean and nice hotel the pool area. Even though your dinner is included, you have to pay for water. Unusual. Overall, a pleasant hotel.

Good value for short stay
Clean hotel with a fun pool great for a short stay on my way to the airport. Hot showers, fast Wi-Fi, Check in and out was super easy. The area isn’t amazing although it is close to the beach. Good value and location for beach and airport access.

The good: * Helpful and friendly staff * Small breakfast available at 3 AM, considering we had to leave for the flight during the night. Nothing special on that breakfast, but was nice it was there * Nice pool with jacuzzi The bad: * Really noisy in rooms! We could hear people having fun in the lobby during the night, even though we were staying on 1st floor * Rooms are quite small and sometimes you might feel claustrophobic * Cleaningness - our room clearly was not cleaned, was not even vacuumed

We had the Luxury room which really was amazing!! The staff are so friendly, the hotel is spotless! We had a lovely time with our family. There are some large groups of young holiday makers who did make a lot of noice getting in during the early hours, partying on the balcony at 5 in the morning, I think where possible, large groups should not be placed near families with young children. My husband did mention the noise to reception however, and they did ask the party to stop the music. The website and promoting websites also mention entertainment, bingo and aerobics but we were told at reception that these haven’t happened since Covid.

Good stay- wish could have stayed longer!
Our stay was good, it’s close to the beach, the hotel pool is great too. Previous reviews said the hotel seemed German, but the whole area is influenced by German culture but it’s not a problem as most things are in Spanish, German and English. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was great value!

Family trip to Mallorca
Last minute trip to Mallorca. Fantastic staff in a tuff time. Attentive help when needed but difficult to avoid that things are difficult due to COVID. Lovely hotel with a resilient and lovely staff.

Property and rooms spotless cleaned everyday Asked receptionist for an iron this was sent up to the room no waiting All reception staff very accommodating with any requests Buffet breakfast good choice to suit all tastes Staff working in the bar and food truck also very helpful Swimming pool a good size never overcrowded Spa pool plus a smaller kids pool Also has a ramp for wheelchairs to access the pool Onsite gym Bus stop outside hotel takes you into Palma Some of the hotel entertainment though is dated and needs revamped

Really nice hotel,spotlessly clean and very good food.The staff were very friendly and helpful.Thank you to Felix who sent a bottle of champagne to our room for my husbands birthday even though we didn't tell them,a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend staying there.Only took less than 10mins to walk to the beach so perfect and nice and quiet at night.

Several disappointing aspects: 1. Passports: the receptionist requested that we leave our passports with her for at least a few hours. I'm still unclear why exactly as it was not well explained. I have never been asked this before, a photocopy perhaps. This made me feel uncomfortable and I refuse to allow anyone else, professional or not, to hold my passport for an unspecified amount of time. 2. The room - tired looking, outdated, and with a distinct and unpleasant smell, in contrast to the main entrance and gym of the hotel which are nice. Explained this to the receptionist and was surprised to be told it must be coming from outside. Then told to wait15 mins for the night staff to sort out. So close to midnight, exhausted, waiting in a smelly room was far from ideal. But credit tothe night receptionist who was nice and friendly and very apologetic- not like the previous one to be honest. 3. Breakfast - OK... staff nice but selection was just ok.

I have been in other 4 star hotels, like Paris, Amsterdam and London and this is the worst 4 star. My bathroom was really ugly and small, with no much facilities. In order to be a 4 star hotel you need to provide a better one. This is the first 4 star hotel that did not provide me a kettle, tea and sugar in my room. Also a 4 star hotel I expect the conditioner to be remote controlled. A part from this bad aspects I appreciated the pool and gym. My hones opinion is that my expectation was above what this hotel could provide

The buffet was very good, you had enough choice but what I thought was a pity is that although you have half board you have to pay for the drinks. Not much, but still. The food was not warm all the time but it went on everyone. The hotel is very clairaudient and therefore I had to use earplugs, because if other hotel diners come drunk into the hotel you can hear it. In the bathroom there were some critters at night (they were only there in the dark). On the whole, very satisfied.

Pleasant hotel
Pleasant hotel, 10 mins walk to the beach, local shops, bars and restaurant. Far enough away to be away from noisy late night revelry, but easy to get to if that's what you want.

The hotel offers great value for money. Modern and quite stylish downstairs, although corridors were a bit 1970s-esque. Rooms clean and adequate. We had the smallest type which was adequate for a short break but I’d upgrade if staying for longer. Pool small and doesn’t get sunshine in the morning but beach isn’t far away. Lots of fab bars and restaurants by the beach. Food in the hotel was good, for the money paid (£36 half board pppn). Restaurant a bit basic but not too bad. Drinks reasonably priced. LOTS of German tourists staying at hotel and resort. So easy to get to from airport (16EUR). Would recommend for a cheap mini break.

Our Stay!
We started off badly as it’s states air con but it’s just a vent we highlighted this to the receiptions who got very hostil with us saying ‘it works , it’s your only option!’ As we sweated away in 25• heat on the room. We called hotels.com who where very helpful but disappointed by the reception we got. Bar staff lovely though. Breakfast was abit poor. Rooms where clean and the pool and food by the pool was lovely. The complex as a whole is 90% Germans , the area is like a magaluff for German hen and stag dos.
