"Amazing stay, great service at the Hyatt, Malta. The hotel is in a convenient location with lots of places to eat. Clean and good facilities like roof top pool. The staff are the friendliest I have ever seen in any hotel. All the staff right from check-in to the cleaning are awesome. Special mention to Hoque who was very caring and had excellent customer service acumen ! The rooftop pool is small but it serves the purpose. I would definitely recommend this hotel"

"The hotel was clean and the staff were very attentive, always happy to help with a smile. We had some bed issues (soft mattress) but they did their best to help with that. I do highly recommend this hotel and if we go back to Malta, I will not hesitate to book again. Good job great staff and management. "

"The staff were all extremely helpful and very friendly. The room was lovely and was kept very clean by the staff. The restaurant was very good and served a very nice breakfast. There was a lovely Spa and pool The location was very good. Close to the waterfront, restaurants, bars and buses. The only downsides were building works close by . . . "
