Highly recommended,staffs are great, foods are one of the best,it’s just that our car got some scratches on the parking lot and the pool, too much chlorine and the water of the pool is not that clean. We will definitely coming back .

Overall it was a great stay except for construction work above. Decided to stay in on our last day to have a restful day for our late night plane travel but was not a good day with jack hammers and chipping noise. All we got was a note apologizing for the chipping noises. Might be our first and last stay here.

I have stayed at the Acaica many times over the years. I will say that that was the most disappointing visit ever. The room I was in had a comfortable bed. That was the only highlight. The bathroom was terrible. When I arrived there were two bath towels, and that's all. No hand towels. No wash clothes. I had to call down to get some delivered, and the second day they still did not offer them without calling. The shower was Lukewarm at best. There was no hot or even very warm water in the shower. The TV worked, but there was no control to turn it off at night. I had to put it on a channel with nothing showing to at least make it semi-dark at night. The greatest advantage to the hotel is it's location to the malls nearby. But unless there are major changes to their towels, shower heating, TV, etc., I'll never stay there again. There are several hotels in the vicinity that are better. Having been there at least 8 times over the years, this was highly lacking from previous years.

The staff are excellent! From the front desk (Mikha & Kristine) to all the housekeeping, security and maintenance personnel. Very accommodating and efficient. Will definitely consider once again for future stays.

The only issue of the hotel is that it is a bit odd - lacking of power sockets, the entire desktop power supply is not working with tape all around it, tje aircon auto fan is not working regardless of whatever temperature is set. Some renovation is urgently required. The best part is the front office staff and also all the sercing staff at the lobby.

The staff are all nice but the hotel can use a major renovation. While having breakfast water was leaking in the ceiling. Bathroom needs to be renovated. Need to have counter space to put toiletries. Towels are so old that I thought they were meant for cleaning. Hand towels and wash cloth needed to be requested which i find really odd. The location of the hotel is great. It needs a total renovation.
