Handicap accessible room supposedly. Nothing accessible about the room. Toilet almost to the ground with no grab bars. Regular tub shower. I had a walker. No room if you have a wheelchair. No outlets. Small room. Carpet looked dirty. Very uncomfortable stay.

Just get a basic room
I booked a suite style room at an higher rate and there was nothing besides a weird desk taking up the extra space. None of the outlets worked. Half of the light switches worked. Would not book a suite again, not worth the money

Pool ever open?
Very displeased the pool and hot tub were closed. I had asked if it was open before booking and was told yes but i did not call directly to the hotel. Our son that lives in the area told us it has been closed for quite sometime. Disappointed.

Lovely hotel and room . Relaxed in the jacuzzi with my daughter . And had a very nice breakfast in the morning . Staff was very friendly and everything was wonderful. Took advantage of the complimentary tea and hot chocolate (and coffee) available 24 hr daily . Would definitely stay again when we go to visit my son and his family . Thank you .

Right off the Expressway, staff very helpful and friendly, room modern and clean, breakfast hot and ready! Dining room very nice and contemporary. Hotel has a welcoming atmosphere.

Clean out the light fixtures as they are loaded with cobwebs. Clean the matresses and pillows as I UV lighted them and ended up sleeping in my sleeping bag on top of the bed. Nasty stauns everywhere!!

“Pool closed until further notice.”
Overall fair hotel as far as cleanliness, hospitality, condition of rooms. Less than average quality breakfast for This hotel chain. We were disappointed to be greeted with a sign that read “Pool closed until further notice.” We specifically chose this hotel over the one across the parking lot because of the pool advertised on hotels.com as there is not much else to do with kids while traveling through this area.

The staff at this Hampton Inn & Suites is the main reason for my high ratings. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Every employee we had contact with made the effort to make us feel welcome and to make our stay comfortable!

Ok for one night travelling through but I will not be a repeat customer of The Hampton Inn.. Heater in room is very noisy. Bedding is too thin and the extra thin cotton blanket in the closet does not provide warmth. The free breakfast was horrible with even the most common items missing. Don’t offer it at all if you are not willing to make the slightest effort.
