Absolutely NO parking. Very pretty inside the complex with orange trees in little squares, and the buildings were only 2 storey, but had to cross a road to get into the pool and bar area. My room had a double bed, but was very small and dark, nowhere to dry towels and costumes, nowhere to sit out without going across the road to the pool. Fairly clean and tidy, but the drains smelt even with the small window open all the time.
Great hotel location not too far and not to close for relaxing stay great pool and food was nice and lots to chose from would love to come back soon
Everything was good except the people working there, they were so rude with us and all the other costumers. They treat you horrible. It’s a shame because otherwise I would have come back.
Terrible choice of hotel. We had to pay for WiFi which was poor so we didn’t end up using it... waste of money! The food was poor. My husband had chicken in breadcrumbs which was pink, almost raw, inside. We of course reported it to one of the ladies who agreed it was raw and would report it. We chose not to eat there for dinner and instead ate outside of the hotel. We had also paid to include drinks with our evening meals which we then didn’t use (oh and you couldn’t get a cup of tea or coffee with dinner). A further waste of money! There were lots of French guest due to a French tour operator utilizing this hotel as their preferred hotel. This was not a problem until we tried to put our children in the kids club to be told by one of the leaders that it was only for French children. When I asked was about English or Spanish children she shrugged her shoulders at me. I report this to reception who said this was the case and only in high season do they cater for other nationalities. I said this was discrimination and he agreed! On a positive note the room was clean and comfortable but that’s the only positive I can give this hotel unfortunately.
