Rental apartments right on the beach, for your perfect holiday right in the city centre (Avenida del Mar). The views are fantastic, overlooking the sea, and the location is unbeatable, you can step out right onto the promenade and it is only two minutes walk to the old town and La Alameda. The value for money is excellent, you have all you need for your stay.
Maximum capacity is for three people.

All the accommodations available are the same type, one bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and terrace; whilst the decoration and furniture are of different styles. An additional bed can be put in for a third person. Free Wi-Fi in all the apartments.

Abgewohntes Objekt
Lage ist gut, direkt an der Promenade. Leider keine Parkmöglichkeit für den Mietwagen. Parken nur im Parkhaus möglich. Pro Tag 21€ Die Wohnung ist in einem schlechten Zustand und sehr abgewohnt. Manche Balkone in dem ca 15 Stockwerk hohen Haus haben eine Wintergartenverglasung. Bei unserm Besuch hat sich eine dieser Scheiben gelöst und ist 10 Stockwerke tief auf die Promenade gestürzt. Ein Wunder das dabei keiner ums Leben gekommen ist. Bis zum Abend waren die meisten Balkonverglasungen entfernt worden. Polizei und Feuerwehr waren zugegen. Leider hat aus das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestimmt. Für 10 Tage Übernachtung bezahlten wir 1700€ für das Appartement. Ein völlig überzogener Preis und somit nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Très bonne situation géographique de l'appartement face à la mer et tout près du centre ville.
Très bel appartement bien situé, superbe vue face à la mer, accueil 24h/24h, ménage fait chaque 2 jours. Je le recommande.
