Our area is in the heart of real Marbella just off the main street, it has a delightful Spanish feel! We have 24/ 7 reception staff. Restaurants on the ground floor, laundrette , shops and hairdresser local food shops and the Marbella Market is closeby also.

Just a short 5 minute walk to the Marbella Marina where you can take Ferry to Puerto Banua OR 8 minutes walk to Orange Square, 'La Plaza de los Naranjas', where you will find, small shops, art galleries, bars and bistros and is a hub of activity day and night. And, depending on the time of year, the colours here can be vibrant, with the trees and exotic tropical plants set against a backdrop of dazzling white buildings and a deep blue sky.

Be sure to explore the honeycomb of surrounding narrow streets where homes and shops intermingle to create the atmosphere of a small village, rather than a cosmopolitan town. There are numerous excellent restaurants to choose from, ranging from those specialising in the predictably pricey exclusive cordon bleu to the individuality of Spanish bars where the Serrano ham and the tapas are both tasty and filling.

Excellent location and services
Reception is downstairs so very easy to get the keys and walk in. The apartment is small but functional. We are in old town and it’s just a short stroll to the beach and the long boardwalk. We were very happy with our stay.

A wonderful apartment in Marbella city.
We lived for two weeks in this lovely apartment. The apartment has all you need. It is near to everything. To the beach you can walk in about 2 minutes and the old town is about 5 minutes away. There are many restaurants nearby and there are two good restaurants outside the hotel. We will happily come back.

Amazing hidden gem
We have stayed here a few fimes now it is located in such a beautiful place. 2 mins from beach and literally everything is at your door step. Apt is well equiped with everything you could need. Modern and very clean. Staff are amazing always there to help you no matter what you need. Very reasonablly priced in fact it would be hard to match the overall experience anywhere else. We will definitey be going back many times again and again. Infact we have now recomended to our friends and families.we could not thank you enough and look forward to seeing you very soon.derek and carmel x

Fantastic
This is a realy lovely studio apartment in a superb location. Everything in it is of a really good quality and the beds are very comfortable. The balcony is East facing and gets the sun in the morning which makes it more pleasant on an evening as it's not as hot. If I had one minor complaint it would be that some sort of blackout blind would be useful as the curtain is only thin. However apart from that, I cannot rate this apartment highly enough. We heard no noise at night, there is a supermarket and shops within yards and the beach is less than a minute's walk away. If you are looking for a comfortable, well furnished studio with good quality appliances, look no further. I would highly recommend.

Mycket oväsen pga att de jobbade på ett bygge mitt emot. Från kl.08 på morgonen
Annars var allt toppen förutom att jag fick städa ordentligt överallt, innan jag kände att jag ville bo där, för det var inte helt rent. Annars var läget perfekt & en mycket trivsam lägenhet på 5 våningen.

Svindel
I beskrivelsen fortelles det at leiligheten er 45 kvm. Den skal ligge østvendt med utsikt mot gamlebyen. Den vi fikk, 25 kvm, lå vestvendt. Tvers over gaten ligger et hotell som har vært og er under restaurering. Fra kl 06:40 foregikk arbeidet og det var umulig å holde en konversasjon gående på grunn av bråket. I samtale med eier på telefon, kunne hun fortelle at den andre leiligheten, som vi hadde bestilt, ikke var i hennes eie lenger.. Wi-Fi og TV var heller ikke mulig å få på plass. Derfor mener vi at dette er svindel, og vil kreve pengene som ble betalt, refundert. Det hører med til historien at vi flyttet ut mandag formiddag, etter å ha sjekket inn på lørdag kved.

Höstsemester i solen.
En liten men fin lägenhet i ett perfekt läge, 2 min till stranden och 5 min till gamla staden och saluhallen. Matvaror, bröd, vin och annat av livets nödtorft finns runt hörnet. Vi lagade ofta mat själva, och saknade lite utrustning i köket som skålar och byttor att använda i mikrougnen, vilken också hade grillfunktion. Badrummet hade en rymlig och bra dusch. Dock saknades lite krokar för att hänga upp handdukar. Receptionen öppen dygnet runt med mycket hjälpsam och trevlig bemanning.
