    This authentic Istrian natural stone house is within walking distance of the beach and the picturesque harbour in Pomer, on the sunny Istrian peninsula.     The traditional stone grill in the green, enclosed garden, next to the large sunny terrace, invites you to enjoy leisurely holiday meals under a blue sky. You can then make yourselves comfortable on the sun loungers in the shade of a little olive trees. There is a convenient outdoor shower. If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house.

    The ground-level country house from the year 1800 was recently carefully renovated in 2015 and provided with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. During the renovation work, attention was paid to preserving the traditional elements, so the rustic ceiling beams and fine stone floors tell the story of past times. It comprises a living and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a sleeping area on the mezzanine level and a very modern daylight bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a TV, a CD player, a radio and a round dining table made of wood with six chairs. Board games are also available. The cast-iron fireplace stove exudes cosy warmth and a homely atmosphere on cooler evenings. The cream-coloured built-in kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, induction hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and a bunk bed (each 90 x 200cm). A wooden ladder in the living room leads up to the mezzanine level with the second sleeping area and a double bed (180 x 200cmO. The sofa below can be converted into an additional double bed. The daylight bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a generous shower cubicle, a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided.

    Your holiday house is about 300 metres from the harbour and the nearest long beach. Kamenjak National Park about 3km away is a true paradise for divers and nature lovers. In the centre of Pomer about 50 metres away you can find all everyday amenities: an ATM, shops and a good range of cafés and restaurants.

    Your pet is also welcome on request, if you do not wish to go on holiday without it.
