Semi-new apartment, close to Essendon Station, 10 minutes' walk downstairs, including basic facilities shopping town, Coles, Woolworth supermarkets and other convenient life, shopping and leisure


The surrounding environment is elegant, opposite KFC and McDonald's fast food restaurants, downstairs is a Western restaurant brunch area, there is street parking, life as you like, it is an ideal environment for singles or families with children, with a Western lifestyle as the theme


Convenient transportation, a few steps to bus, train, and tram stations, it is also a good choice for workers who often travel and prefer a quiet environment. It is a 5-minute drive to the airport DFO and various restaurants and Western-style commercial streets, gas stations and other community service stores. The road is wide, clean and has a bright view. Driving along Mt Alexandra 15 minutes' drive to the city center, perfect for working professionals and young people living near Melbourne.

A small studio is available for rent, featuring separate wet and dry bathrooms. Viewings are available by appointment. Basement parking and a security gate ensure peace of mind (parking is rented separately). The owner can be contacted at any time for viewings.
